    New Custom Sliding Patio Door

    We are very happy with our decision to buy our custom sliding door from Brock Windows and Doors. We got an attractive, highly efficient, and affordable door. It was installed as per the quoted timeline and the team was very pleasant and knowledgeable.

    Windows & Doors

    I could not be more delighted with the quality, service and attention from Brock Doors and Windows. I had 10 windows, 2 exterior doors and a 5 ft. sliding glass patio door replaced. From the initial contact with their professional and caring sales representative, the scheduling of the job through to the fabulous and highly skilled installation by Frank and his great crew, I was kept informed of the progress at each step. I would highly recommend them for anyone considering replacement of soors and windows

    Home renovation

    We called for three window estimates and Brock was by far the most professional at the time of the estimate. We have been renovating a house and have had quite a few contractors in, but Brock was very careful with everything that was laying around, even took their shoes off every time they entered the house. They treated the house with respect even though there was stuff everywhere. I wouldn't hesitate to call on them again.

    replacement windows

    I've learned from experience that Brock Windows offers superior service and product at the best price out there. Twenty years ago I purchased two kitchen windows from Brock. We couldn't be happier with the windows and they're still as good as the day they were installed. Unfortunately the next set of windows I purchased was not from Brock. I thought I should try and purchase from a "local company", trying to keep the money in my community. HUGE MISTAKE. This company delivered ill fitting windows that actually over the years have broken frames and mechanisms over the years. Now this year I again needed some windows. Since we are preparing the house for sale I was shopped around for the best price. I got three quotes, including companies that had sent around flyers saying that they where having big 50% sales. Brock came in with the lowest price and best quality windows. Once again BROCK WINDOWS has come through with unbeatable prices, superior windows and excellent service. From the salesman, to the measurer/installer to the windows, I couldn't be more pleased with the professionalism and service. I can't say enough good things about them.

    Replacement Windows

    Installation crew showed up right on time, job was performed professionally and with no mess left behind. I'm now the envy of my street with neighbors asking who did I use. A small discrepancy with my invoice in the end but this was resolved with a quick email and follow up phone call. Job well done, I will use Brock Windows and doors again and have recommended them to my neighbor and friends.

    windows

    Another job well done. We had windows put in our previous house with this company and installer, so when we moved there was no doubt who we would get. The sales agent Andrew was very pleasant again and we felt comfortable with him. We asked for the same installer, Stefan, and were very pleased with his work, he tries very hard to please and does a top job of installing and cleaning up. We would recommend both company and installer.

    Window replacement in Guelph

    This is my second time using Brock Doors and Windows and besides the quality of the product, a big factor in my decision is how easy it is to deal with one of their representatives Ken R. He's very professional and very detailed in walking you through the process of making the purchase. The work itself went without any issues and Mike P who did the installation was very accommodating since I had to move the dates around multiple times. Looking forward to many years of worry free use of my windows.

    The crew showed up on time and completed the install in one day. They were very polite, respectful and professional. When done, the doors and windows looked great and the cleanup was very thorough. Very pleased

    Windows and Door Replacement in Mississauga

    Phil was very helpful in the Sales process. We were very happy with the installation service from Frank, JP and Joe in June 2016 and with the follow-up appointment from Nick in July 2016. There were a couple of minor problems during the install. The wrong trim was ordered for a round window and had to wait a few weeks for a back order. Also the existing blinds did not fit in a few windows (per contract) but installers were helpful in cutting them to the new size. The installation was very professional. The guys were well skilled and did a great job cleaning up each day. The crew went above and beyond with a difficult installation in some hard to reach areas. We'd be pleased to recommend Brock to friends and family. We're looking forward to the Spring when we can use casement Windows that actually open :)

    Back Bedroom Windows and Sliding Patio Door

    This is the second time we have contracted Brock to install windows for us. Two years ago we had them install our front bedroom, kitchen, and back living room windows. We were so impressed with our first experience with them that we didn't hesitate to call them back for this job. The windows this time around were the same type as previously installed, but Mark who came to the house after we called was very knowledgeable about the products and our needs for the sliding door and helped us to pick the best option for us. We had the same installers this time as last time and as before, were very friendly and professional. There were no issues with the installation and they were very careful with protecting the floors, etc. in the house, and also did an excellent clean-up job afterwards. We are very happy with both end results and would definitely recommend Brock Windows to any of our friends and family.
