    Replacing 15+ windows, balcony sliding door, front door

    We are very pleased with the sales and installation service we received from Brock Doors & Windows. We are repeat customers, having first contracted with BD&W about 20 years ago in a previous home. Didn't hesitate to call on them again to quote for new doors and windows in our current home. Very professional from start to finish. Their showroom is great; they provided excellent advice and suggestions; a great selection of quality doors, windows and hardware to choose from. Special thanks to the sales and service staff who helped us (Adam F, Kevin H, Matthew T and Adriana M) and very special thanks to our installation team (Stefan and Andrew) who did an amazing job, despite the extreme cold temperatures they had to work in. We already called on BD&W again to replace another door, and will call them again when we enter another renovation phase.

    New Windows and Doors

    We had 10 Windows and 3 Doors Replaced by Brock Doors and Windows. Our salesperson Tony was the best we had encountered from any company, and he was the major reason why we chose Brock. He explained the products and installation process thoroughly. Frank and his installation crew were fast, efficient and precise and the finished install was perfect. A good experience.

    Window replacement

    We had Brock replace 12 windows in our house. Looked around and compared price with other companies and they were in the same ballpark. Another company who we bought our door from asked us who was doing our windows. When I told him Brock he said that they were a good choice(Surprising, since his company also sold windows). Install guys were friendly and professional. 2 issues that we had: The front window was supposed to be a different colour on the outside, so we had to wait a couple weeks for the replacement. When the replacement was installed I noticed some dings in the frame that had to be touched up with paint. Overall a job well done and we are looking forward to opening the windows this spring.

    Full house window replace

    Contacted Brock when evaluating window replacements (first time replacements) for a 12 year old home. The offered a lot of suggestions and expertise on their products, and we took a tour of their showroom. We compared with three other companies and Brock was middle-high in the prices, but top 1-2 in the quality of the products suggested. Since they are local we selected them. The team came out a couple of times to make sure the sizing was correct, and even suggested a few changes to the order to save us some money (when does that happen?) and then did a professional install. Great work all around, exactly as specified in the contract. Couple of windows had a more "globular" caulking job, owing to different experience between the two installers, but while one caulker was *perfect* the other was still "good" and likely better than most installs. A year later we are happy with the windows, noticeably quieter and have noticed the improvement in insulation. We did not do one large front window the first time around due to budget limitations, but will likely have them back to do that window shortly.

    Brock Windows and Doors

    Was very impressed with the workmanship and installation of my new storm door. From the quote to the install, the whole process was very pleasant. Koodos to the install team who not only efficiently installed my new door, but also vacuumed my entry carpet! :-)

    Window Installation

    We chose Brock Windows to install 5 new windows in our home! The price was very reasonable and the job was even better. The installers were fast, efficient, and courteous. They came in and laid tarps to ensure that the carpet and floors would not get dirty. They did a professional job finishing the trim around the windows inside and out. They cleaned up, didn’t leave any mess and it was great. Excellent quality and professional service. I would recommend them to anyone who asks.

    Front door & sidelight storm assembly

    From the initial telephone call to the sales department the entire transaction was professionally handled. The salesman came to our home, listened to our needs and presented the best scenario for our request. We didn't just want a storm door but a matching storm panel for the sidelight. Yes, it was something they could provide. Through brochures and sketches, all issues were addressed including screens, locks, haerdware, etc. The deal was made. Installation was a couple months later by a couple of seasoned fellows. We are very happy with the final product.

    Front door installation

    We were shopping around and on a Saturday had a representative from a competitor who despite claiming to have been in the business for 40+ years seemed more interested in getting us to sign a contract than to explain to us our options. The pushy salesman pushed his way into us signing the contract but since we still had an appointment with Brock for the Monday, we didn't cancel. And thank God we didn't cancel because the Brock rep was like day to the prior sales person's night; he took his time with, answered all our questions and many of our concerns, showed us a few samples and what he didn't know or have, he looked up on his tablet. At the end of the extremely long session, he invited us to visit the showroom in prior to making a commitment. Needless to say we called and cancelled the other contract immediately as we were within the allowed cancellation period and do not regret that decision one bit. Thank you Brock for a lovely new door and great service

    Patio Door installation

    Replaced our patio door and am really happy with the quality of the product so far. Both salesman (Bill) and installer (Kemar) were great to deal with. An error was made on our quote. This resulted in door opening in the wrong direction. A kit was ordered to correct this and within a couple of weeks, it was fixed promptly by the original installer. I would recommend this company based on price, customer service and professionalism.

    Front entrance

    We have been waiting 6 months for this company to come back and finish the job .we are still waiting for them to install the expensive remaining hard are. We aren't able to use our keypad and our hardware does not match. We still have part of the old hardware and part of the new.
