    Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!!!!

    Service with this company was HORRIBLE! It took 6 months from start to finish. Bought and expensive door. When it was installed wrongly, it was days before I could get service and I was locked in my house. I had given them moulding to match new door, it wasn't stained right. Then it got lost after it was sent back. They could not find it for weeks. One window was wrong and it took 3 tries and 3 months to get it right. Customer service department and management have no concept of the inner workings of their company and not even a discount after spending over $20 000!

    2 new windows, 1 new door

    We had a great experience with Brock. I had several companies in to do appraisals, and Brock was the company that gave me the most information without seeming pushy. They were available when we needed and provided all the info we need. They didn't push us to choose the most expensive option, but gave us the facts and let us make the choices that were best for us. During the installation they were professional and quick - and the door and windows look great!

    New garage door

    I was thoroughly impressed with all aspects of the work completed by Brock Doors and Windows. Andrew from sales took the time to meet with me in my home to discuss the product options and pricing. He provided me with a quote within 24 hours and was receptive to all of my questions. The installation team completed the work within 3 months of the order. I did not have any issues with their installation crew. They were efficient (work was completed with 2-3 hours including clean-up). They returned within 1-2 days to complete the sealing and I couldn't be happier with the finished product. I highly recommend Brock Doors and Windows (quality products and professional team).

    Garage Door and Front Door

    We are still waiting to hear what is going on with our front doors which were ordered before Thanksgiving 2016. After being told by our sales person that it would take 8 - 10 weeks. Although measurements were taken, we still are yet to hear when our front doors will arrive and this is February 2017. When we called our sales person in November, he laughed and said "Oh no, it takes 8 - 16 weeks." When I called again in January I was then told (by the same sales person) that our doors are custom so it was going to take longer and he had no idea why we hadn't heard from anyone, but your garage doors are in right? Well they still aren't! The people at the company had no idea that they had not even measured for the garage doors yet! Then suddenly someone showed up to measure the garage doors. Jerry seemed knowledgeable and helpful but he didn't know which type of doors he was measuring for. This set off some alarm bells for me. He told me that he would be back to install the doors and he suggested I call to find out when! At that point we got calls from 2 different people who said we would hear from a project coordinator about when the installation would happen. At this point we still haven't heard from them about front doors. But someone called to say that our garage doors would now be installed (January 2017), by yet a different person. What a mess! This company needs to get its act together. I can understand delays, but that combined with a lack of communication make me worried about what kind of product I will be getting. March 2017 - Our front doors were finally installed on February 28th. Installers did a good job but we were not happy with the glass, it was too transparent. We called the head office once to ask what might be done, they suggested we get in touch with our salesman. I called him 3 times and left messages each time. Finally I got a call back, and he seemed pleasant, offered to come by to look at it and offered to help resolve the problem. We went by the showroom on the weekend to look at our options with other glass designs. We left after he went to help another customer and didn't get back to us. I left a message 3 days later to follow up and to get next steps and then we were left a phone message in which he said that I was, "demanding to know what (he) was going to do about the front door, that we were blaming him for the mistake and frankly, he was going to do nothing about our front door ... He said, " I have to wash my hands of it... " We just called to ask about next steps! We are paying a lot of money for our front door and we want to get it right. And this is customer service?!

As for your Entry Door, it is stated in our system that we will receive them to our warehouse for February the 14th 2017, and will be installed shortly thereafter on a date that works best for you.     POOR-Window and patio door installation

    Not happy at all. WARNING: Please be home during any window installation. I watched the installer and called him out on numerous "cutting corners" from being cheap on insulation, sloppy caulking, window having huge gap on one side and tight to brick on other side. ..I could go on and on. I required service thereafter. What a joke...4 times out to fix things and from showing up on days not confirmed, to work order missing info told to phone CSR, sending wrong guys out to fix (NIGHTMARE) etc. Brian V. (Sales) should not promise the world as the company does not deliver thereafter.

    doors

    My wife and I had a great experience with Brock Doors & Windows. From the product selection to the knowledgeable sales staff, no other company could match their prices. We have received nothing but compliments from our neighbors about the look and quality of the doors. The installation team did a great job too, thanks!!

    Windows & Doors Installation & Service review in Georgetown

    Very professional, friendly and excellent service. 6 Windows, 1 Swing door and 1 Swing Door to Window modification - all completed in one Day! During and after the work they kept all rooms very clean. I am very satisfied with the work and I would recommend Brock Doors and Windows to anyone.

    Front Window, Front Door & Garage Door Replacement

    Very professional experience from sales representative to installation. Everything went as planned with good communication with us throughout the project. Installers were polite, knowledgeable and competent. Work was done quickly without a hitch. Excellent quality materials and we were completely satisfied with the finished project. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for window or door work.

    Bay and Casement Windows

    I chose Brock through a neighbor's recommendation. I asked and got the same sales rep and installer. This is important to me because when using a competitor previously with 2 different installers on seperate occasions the quality of the installation varied greatly. The Brock rep was knowledgeable thorough and polite. The installers adapted well to unforseen structure complications and the work was completed on time, tidily and professionally. I am very satisfied with the work done

    10 Windows Installed

    Love Brock Windows, from salesman Mike to installer Peter, the quality of windows through to installation was exemplary. They insured the inside of the house was kept clean as well as thorough clean up and removal of the old windows. Great work.
