    Front Entrance

    After careful consideration of quotes given, I decided to go with Brock Doors and Windows. From the initial visit from the sales rep Kevin right through to the installers, Eugene and his team, I knew that I made the right choice. They installed my new front entrance within three hours and their workmanship was absolutely amazing. The team was prompt, efficient and very organized and clean in their installation. My wife and I are very pleased with the final product and have had several compliments from family, friends and neighbors. We would gladly recommend Brock with no hesitation.

    Installation of new front and rear entrance doors.

    We purchased our home in January of this year and realized both the front and rear entrance doors would need replacing. Our experience with the Michael Jr. in purchasing both doors was very positive, particularly as our rear entrance way required a custom-fit sliding door. Mark did a great job with installing both units. Several neighbours have positively commented on the front door unit. Gary & Debbie G.

    All windows replacement

    We recently had all our windows replaced by Brock. Steve, the salesperson was very helpful in his suggestions. The installation by Riza and Tony was very professional and went smoothly despite the difficulties as a few windows were in high-ceiling areas. They kept the place tidy and cleaned up everything. We are very pleased with the quality and the installation of our new windows and garden doors!

    Patio door

    Bill, the sales rep, was so enthusiastic about showing me the product and all the extra finishing touches Brock puts on their windows that I was sold from the start. He gave me time to think it over and came back, out of his way a few days later. My installer Kemar was awesome - efficient, fast, friendly and even completely cleaned up afterwards (which is rare). Awesome price and quality....can't wait to get the rest of my windows done with Brock!

    2 windows in living room and l window in bedroom

    I had a new living room window installed brick to brick on June l4, 2016. Was concerned about the fit of the window into the opening and as well the window was not closing properly. Spoke with Angelyka who arranged for Jim Weir to attend at my home and his explanation and confidence in the product allayed any fears I had about an improper fit. Jim arranged for Nick to attend 2 hours later. He identified the problem with the closure and it was remedied immediately. Nick also gave me hints on the best and easy method of making full use of the opening and closing of the window. Excellent after service.

    Window replacement

    We recently had window replacements with Brock Windows and Doors. The initial appointment was only going to review what the estimate would be. The Sales Rep Scott treated us with respect, advised appropriately and discussed what would work in our great room where the windows were to be replaced. Because there were shutters already installed he reassured us that the windows could be installed from outside without disturbing the shutters. We were so pleased with his professionalism we agreed to the quote and were given an estimated time frame. The windows arrived earlier than expected and Mike P the installer completed the work with an assistant who were both friendly and professional. They completed the job and the area was tidy and clean. Very pleased.

    Window Installation

    After consulting several different window companies, we met with Scott from Brock Windows. He was very personable and knowledgeable about windows, he suggested great solutions to our needs. The crew worked quietly and privately and finished the job in a reasonable amount of time. We would book them again.

    Window install in Mississauga

    My experience with Brock windows was a very positive one ! From the pricing through to the measuring and installation... was all done very professionally. The installation team did a fanatic job ensuring the widows were installed correctly, finished outside and trimmed nicely inside. The team came in with drop sheets for the house , upon completion , cleaned up inside the house and out... felt like it was their own home they were installing in! I would definitely recommend Brock for your windows and door projects.

    Brock Front Door Installation

    The product is top of the line, highly engineered and aesthetically beautiful. Sandy Berkley knows his products and will provide excellent recommendations on design if you require. His installers are highly experienced. Eugene arrived on time, worked diligently, very clean and the door was installed perfectly. The doorbell wire was accidentally clipped and I was unable to connect it myself but I'm in the process of communicating with our coordinator Diane who will have someone come back out to fix that issue. I will certainly use them again for their high quality of workmanship both in product and install. Thank you again to all involved.

    Entry and storm doors

    We had done our research for this product, and found Brock had the best offers. We were helped and advised of the best products for our needs by a sales rep. Michae who was very knowledgeable. We were advised of the time frame regarding our order which was accurate. The installer "Mykohi" knew his stuff, and was very helpful, and left you with a feeling of trust. I had complained to him about a problem re a bay window we had installed over 20 years ago. We were put in touch with a Charlotte Kelly, who researched our claim and was able to get a replacement bay window at a very reasonable cost to us, I was amazed that this could happen after 20 years. Brock made what could have been a harrowing experience for a couple of seniors, into one of ease. Thanks Brock.
