    Windows and door installation

    Stefan and Ricardo did an amazing job on our windows and door installation. They are both very hard working individuals who take pride in their work. They both had great work ethic. Extremely friendly and hard working. Highly recommended Keep up the good work.

    Door replacement

    Terrible - DO NOT use Brock. They delivered my new doors with the wrong measurements. After cutting out the existing doors, the installer was unable to get the new doors in (note that they subcontract out installation). Essentially Brock left me with door that are wedged in, not properly caulked, time unfinished, not insulated and leaking. Would not recommend them to anyone!!!

    Back Door and Storm Door

    We had a great experience with Brock. They were responsive and professional and had a great variety of options for doors. The Installers Stefan and Riccardo were great. They called us to let us know they were on the way and after a glitch with another instal, they called us to let us know right away and reschedule. They were professional, respected our space, and did a good job. Overall very happy.

    Pre-sale and installation was ok... went downhill from there!

    Salesperson was friendly. We got our windows replaced in September 2020. The installation people were good. 1 window was not the right and the frame around one of the windows (shaped/cathedral) was not correct. 2 different service guys came since (over the past 4 months). The wrong parts were sent every time. Since then, NOTHING. We haven't been able to speak to anyone. They have poor (or non-existent) Customer Service. We still have an unfinished room with the frame missing and the incorrect window, which looks so odd. We have since put a claim through Better Business Bureau. We are so disappointed. Windows aren't cheap so we were hoping for a better experience than this.

    Windows and doors

    I'm a little late in providing this review but better late than never. We ordered all new windows and doors for our house and from start to finish the employees were knowledgeable and answered all our questions. The installation done by Stefan and his crew was done in a professional manner and they definitely knew their trades. There was a little problem with one of the doors after installation but they were called and very quickly arrived to remedy the problem. Overall the experience was an 8 out of 10. I have another set of windows coming and look forward to interacting with Stefan again.

    New windows, patio and front door

    I'm extremely happy with the experience I had with Brock Doors and Windows. Every person I dealt with was great. Rob was knowledgeable, extremely helpful and patient through the sales process. Angelica was amazing while trying to schedule an install during difficult Covid-19 times. Steve helped me understand what the install would entail. Dave and Kirk installed the products. They were in my home for 2 1/2 days and had to work around myself and two teenage boys while we all worked and learned from home. They were great. I would highly recommend this company to do your windows. You won't be disappointed.

    Full House Windows (20+ Windows)

    Great team that worked efficiently and effectively to get the job done. Would highly recommend Brock again. Very polite staff that will work with the customer to help them reach their end goal.

    Great Bedroom Window Upgrade

    My bedroom window needed an upgrade badly. I researched reviews and found Brock to be right up in the list. I thought it would cost me a lot but actually they gave a very reasonable quote. Their installation was professional and we are very happy and warm as the bedroom doesn't feel freezing any more. Hopefully it will stay cooler in the summer as well. Their sales rep Arthur was a wonderful guy to deal with and he made things easy for us.

    Awesome quote and installation

    Brock installed 10 windows this season. Fabulous service from quote to installation. Appreciated the professionalism and care for our home even with the added challenges from COVID-19. Thanks Brock for a fabulous job.

    Beautiful windows and patio door

    Great service! Quality work and excellent communication from the office. A very professional experience. Highly recommended! All my neighbours love my windows and patio door. People came and took picture of my house
