    All New Windows & Door repair

    After extensive research, I contacted Brock Windows and Doors in order to receive a quote to replace all the windows in my home. The Sales Manager, Mr. Sandy Berkley, was Super helpful in recommending the best window solutions at a very competitive price. Brock was the only company capable of also replacing the window sills with new patterned concrete and now the house looks brand new! The installers were professional, fast, efficient and kind and literally left the house spotless. I did not even have to paint the window frames as the work was so precise! BROCK is the BEST!!! They even repaired my front door! I HIGHLY recommend Brock to any homeowner simply seeking the best products and service since everything was perfect and they met and surpasses all my expectations. THANKS BROCK Doors & Windows!

    Window repair/replacement

    Warranty replacement of 6 year old window that had lost it's seal. Nick arrived at the promised time, was in and out in the promised time and the window looks great. Very clean, quick and professional job.

    Front Door Replacement

    We chose Brock Doors & Windows to replace our front door because of our past positive experiences with them. In 2002, Brock replaced 5 second-floor windows in our 1980’s house. At that time, we found their prices were competitive and we were particularly impressed with the care taken by their installers. So when it was time to replace our front door, we chose Brock. The Brock showroom provided us with an excellent opportunity to see various door styles and features. We chose a custom-designed executive door with translucent side-panels and over-door window. Once again, we were very impressed with the care taken by the Brock installers ... both removing the old door and installing the new door. The grouting inside and outside was colour-matched and the pre-primed trim meant that there wasn’t any sign that the door had been changed. The installers also did an outstanding job of post-installation cleanup. We were delighted with our experience and we will gladly turn to Brock Doors & Windows for any future needs.

    replaced ground floor windows & sills

    no issues, from the start - Bill K's professional sales visit; to the finish - Harry & his team's efficient installation. We are most pleased with the results - big, clean, state-of-the-art windows, installed professionally. All Brock staff were professional, polite & very experienced. Job was scheduled for 2 days, but only took one, as Harry & his team stayed and finished on one extra-long day. Cleaned up after themselves carefully too. Thanks again!

    Replaced a broken glass in window

    The original estimate for this job was originally over $200.00. I requested that Miss Kaileigh Donelle try to see if a better price can be given to the agency since we are a residential treatment home for adolescents with mental health issues. Kaileigh did not hesitate in trying to accomodate this request. As a result we saved $141.00 and every penny counts especially as there is a limited budget for maintenance. Kaileigh was a pleasure to deal with and her follow up was exceptional. Many Thanks, Mary

    5 Windows

    I would definitely recommend Brock Doors & Windows for window installation. We had 5 windows (4 flat and 1 bay) replaced in one day. Stefan (and two assistants) were great! They were friendly, professional and efficient. I am very pleased with the final product....the windows look great!

    Window replacement

    Our experience with Brock started out well but went downhill come installation time. The sales person, Dave, was great to work with. He was thorough, straightforward and honest. He was the only one, out of five salespeople we got quotes from, who told us our window coverings would likely have to be replaced. That being said, we were charged $60/window for the promise to "try" and retrofit our existing blinds. I had this adjusted on our bill, I wasn't going to pay for someone to "try" to do something (and frankly, there was no way the window coverings would have fit in the new windows after trying them out post-install). The price quoted was fairly competitive, not the cheapest but certainly not the most expensive and they were ready for install ~10 weeks from time of order. The problem began with the install person. He arrived on the agreed upon day over an hour later than promised. No big deal. There were 2 installers, one seemingly experienced and the other not so much. We had 7 windows to install (4 main floor, 3 2nd floor) and it ended up taking them 2 full days for the install (2 days to install 7 windows?!). The finished job doesn't look bad on the surface, I'll have to wait a couple of years before that can be measured. The problem was the state in which they left our home between days; it was a disaster. Tools and a loaded spray foam gun left laying around (we have 3 under 5 children, potentially disastrous), many 3" screws left on the floor in the master bedroom, insulation, spray foam, and wood trim strewn by every window replaced. Our kitchen sink was full of debris and not usable for the night. The installer didn't have his own broom or step ladder (how does a window installer not have his own step-ladder?!) I ended up doing all of the cleaning on the inside of the house the second day they came because I realized they'd be here into the night if I left it up to them. I understand construction can be very messy, but we've never had contractors leave an occupied living space in such a condition before, and we've lived through renos. Second day, after they were ready to leave I did a walkthrough of our house and saw they left a loaded spray foam gun IN MY KIDS ROOM, after I discussed the danger of doing this with them that morning! This could have been a huge problem for the installers, Brock, my wife and I, and most importantly one of our kids. The pictures I have posted are post-first day install, this is how they left our house. The windows look great but would we use/recommend Brock again? Based on this install experience, highly unlikely.

    Window Replacement

    Stefan did an outstanding job of the windows installation and clean up. We had all six done at once. Well done. I would high;y recommend his work to anyone. Andrew

    New Window Installation

    Very satisfied with this company. From our sales representative Brian who was very professional and informative to our installer Stefan who did such an amazing job, we could not be more pleased. Love how beautifully finished everything was. Would recommend them over and over again.

    Front door with sidelight and transon & 2 garage doors with electric openers

    Our experience with Brock was great from the beginning! The sales rep Andrew was very helpful and patient with our questions. The installations were both excellent with very skilled installers .. Jamie came first to install the garage doors and worked until 11 PM to do an amazing job! Eddy followed to install the front door with clear expertise! We continue to be very happy with our decision to go with Brock and we love all three of our purchases!
