    Bow window replacement

    Ben and his companion worked hard to install the bow window we needed replaced. They arrived at the agreed-upon day and on time. They cleaned up afterwards, and did not damage the garden under the window. We are pleased with our new bow window.

    windows and doors

    This was the third time we used Brock . They always exceeded our expectations. The knowledge, professionalism and hard work by the installer Derek and sales rep Ken keeps us coming back.

    Windows & Door

    Salesman Mike Scanlan was very helpful and made some excellent suggestions that made our window & door replacement look great. Stefan and his install crew did a fantastic job. Work completed right and on time. Thanks very much!

    Living room

    We were very pleased with the sales rep and his explanation of different types of windows that would be the best choice for us. The windows arrived ahead of our scheduled date and the installers were pleasant and courteous and left everything clean when they had finished. A very professional job all round.

    10 windows & double patio door

    Brock's contract amount exceded promised discounts by $2500, and extras and deletions were mis-represented in emails, resulting in over billing. If you dont pay thier grossly inaccurate bill, Brock will not guarantee any of their work, and will accrue 2% penalties each month. Reconcilliation is an on going night mare. Installed product looks great after I spend days staining interior trim, but the mumble-jumble of discounts, incompleted work, and cost estimate miscalculation is outright fraud. Run away, dont sign a contract with Brock.

    Entrace doors, sliding door, and windows

    Very satisfied with price, product, and installation. The installation team (Eugene) was fast & accurate and key to the positive overall experience. They were very courteous and cleaned up after each day before leaving. We did experience some minor issues around the initial measurement and product delivery, but the service team worked with us to minimize the impact. Would definitely recommend both the company and the team.

    Windows and doors

    They did a great job. I am very pleased. I was most satisfied with the installation. It was done very well. Mark did a great job recommending the proper types of windows and Alex did a very professional installaton.

    4 master bedroom windows

    Oval window was contracted as triple glass but installed as double. Contract says: "Windows will be triple glass wherever specified as long as manufactures size limitation permit." This they claim prevents legal action against them and allows them to use a cheeper product without refund. They do not inform their customers of availability and only found out about change after it was installed. The installers are contracted and may or may not have insurance, workmens compensation or labour certificate to work above 3 metres. No safety equipment in violation of the act. Therefore home owner liable for violation penalties ( up to $25,00.00) not Brock if an accident occurs.. Buy from them at your own risk???????

    Hi John, we apologize that 1 of your 4 windows wasn't able to be manufactured with the FREE upgrade to triple glass. Given your windows small & unique shape we did custom make the window you requested, with grills, working around manufacturers limitations. Your accusations about our installers certifications and insurance are completely false. Had you asked for the information; we can provide WSIB clearance certificates as well as every required document regarding certifications & saftey training. None of Brocks customers would be held liable for an accident and never have been. Hopefully we've been able to clear up all of your misconceptions.

    Whole house - windows and patio door

    Majority of my installation took place last year, and the rest this year. While changing my windows, I was left for 4 days with a wooden board in one window (street side!) because 1 sealed panel was... missing... It had to be manufactured while we waited and our neighbours were selling their house... What advertisement that was! The company refused any compensation or discount in spite of such a terrible problem. The installers were awesome. They did an amazing installation service - showcase indeed. I wish the situation with wood in my window never happened. One thing is sure, I will NEVER forget it.

    Brock windows and patio door

    Back in 1999 I used Brock to replace my whole windows. we were very satisfied with the service and material. last year we replaced our patio door and 2 washroom windows that we didn't replace in 1999. Schedule is very good and work done was perfectly. this year early spring, my mosquito netting was damaged by squirrels. I called the service, and Kaileigh asked me to bring it in. I just waited for 15 minutes and the netting was done by service crew. 2 weeks ago we found that the security lock was loosen, we called and she ordered the part and replaced just as schedule! Thanks Collin and Shane! what a good service provide by Brock!!!
