    2nd. Floor Window /Door Replacement

    After looking at several different window companies I decided to give Brock Doors & Windows an opportunity and a challenge for my needs. I was contacted by my sales rep Dorian explained my requirements for a special storm door to house a pet door for my two dogs to have access to a balcony, he spoke to his supplies they have never had a request like this. Brock 's pricing was in the right range for the quality of windows they iinstalled noticed a huge difference in rooms looks great and energy efficient. There is one group I would like to express my thanks to for a job well done with a professional attitude paying attention to the small details keeping the house tidy throughout the changeover hats off to my installer John and crew. I have recommended Brock to my friends for there window and door replacement excellent quality products and installation.

    Window installation

    While I don't normally write reviews, I am compelled to comment on the positive experience we had with Brock Windows. In particular, I'd like to thank Jim Weir ( the installation manager ) for his integrity, honesty and patience dealing with our project and making sure that the job gets done right. Stephan, our installer, was great to work with. His skill at handling a difficult installation is remarkable. He is truly excellent at what he does! Thank you guys for a job well done!

    window replacement

    We had a positive experience with Brock Windows from salesman Andy B's visit to the installer Stefan S. Both were professional and reliable. Great job all around. Our windows look great, so happy!

    Bay window & patio door

    Installed in May 2014. Both the window and the patio door are of excellent quality. I'm writing the review only right now, as with the current weather (-25C) the bay window is going through the first serious test. And I have to admit, I'm very pleasantly surprised. The glass unit as well as the extrusions the frame is build from, are of very high quality. There is some slight condensation at the bottom of the window, but this is to be expected with such low temperatures. However, compared to all the other windows in our house, it's nothing. Really good product. The service, from the salesman visit and communication, through the installation, and all the way to the customer service (supplying a replacement handle for one of the windows), was truly great. All in all, 10 stars =) I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. Thank you Brock.

    patio door and garage door

    I was extremely satisfied with Brock Windows and particularly Kaleigh who first answered my telephone call and referred me to our sale rep Andrew. She worked out a small problem quickly and efficiently and even called back to make sure it was resolved. I was very impressed with Kaleigh for her professionalism. Both our sales rep Andrew and our installer Derek were of the the highest calibre.

    Replacement of windows and doors

    It was time to update the windows on our 25 year old house. After investigating the options, we settled on Brock Windows and Doors. It was a good decision. Kris and his installation team laid down tarps in hallways and working areas, completed the work on time, vacuumed and removed all the debris. Kris returned to repair a minor manufacturing defect a few days later. All in all, an excellent product installed by a team of courteous, experienced and professional installers. Based on our positive experience, we have no hesitation in recommending Brock. Frank and Linda H Brampton

    All windows and doors

    After doing our homework we settled on Brock Windows and are not sorry for making that decision. Michael was our sales representative and we found him to be very knowledgeable about the products, and he was able to show us examples of the various types of windows, and also provided brochures showing the various types of windows, doors and hardware available. The installers, Mark and his assistant were very experienced and very respectful of our home. They left the site extremely clean and tidy, and the job was completed on schedule. Three weeks after installation, one small window suffered a pressure crack, and considering this happened over the Christmas holidays, it was replaced on a very timely basis, by another professional service person named Nick. Our overall experience with Brock Windows exceeded our expectations and we would not hesitate to recommend them highly.

    windows

    We had all new windows (not retrofitted) installed. The results in temperature control and sound were immediate. The two gentleman who installed them were professional, courteous and accommodating. They had a really good sense of humor, especially Chedo. My husband and I are glad we had these windows installed. Less than a days work for fabulous results!

    Patio Door replacement

    I went through a number of suppliers for quotes. I felt that the Brock's quote was the most straightforward, most concise, and best quote of them all. The salesperson and installation crew were on time and very professional. I would highly recommend Brock Doors & Windows Inc. I would rate Derek and the installation crew at a 10/10 for sure. I did need the serial number to register it, and Brock resolved that issue effectively. I was most satisfied in terms of the installation process, Brock is very good, and I will definitely use them again.

    Patio Door

    Our sales rep Steven was knowledgeable and helpful regarding my project. The installer Eugene did an excellent job and was able to keep our existing trim work in tact as we requested and cleaned up any mess. The job was done on time with the agreed upon price. I am most satisfied with Brock Doors & Windows because of the turn around time of the installation, the quality of the product and the employees. Everything went very well.
