When Bill visited us to talk about Brock, we felt very comfortable with him and were pleased with the time he took to answer our questions, especially since we were considering cutting out a wall to make one window bigger. The installation took two days as we were told and the two workers were great guys, very respectful of our house and cleaned up afterwards. We are now looking forward to windows that are easy to keep clean and that will never have to be painted again!

I recently replaced 3 2nd floor windows, a large living room window, 2 basement windows and a sliding patio door. The work was done quickly and efficiently in ONE day. The workman was friendly and pleasant to work with. They cleaned up afterwards. I would highly recommend Brock for your next project.

After phoning several different companies and getting generic answers about the cost and time of installation I called Brock Door. In two days we had Mr. Riddle come and see us to discuss what we had in mind. We closed the deal that night and was installed when we were told it would be. The installers were on time and courteous. The work was well done and very tidy. All debris was taken away and you wouldn't have even noticed they were there. I will definitely be calling them again for any future purchases. I strongly suggest you do as well.

Phil (salesman) was very good to deal with and knew his products. The installation was done when we told it would be. Mark (installer and his assistant) were excellent and cleaned up as they worked, then went over each door with me after work was done to ensure I was happy. Definitely will call them again when I need more reno work. An excellent company to deal with. It should be noted that Brock also replaced the windows and a patio door in our son's home, and installed a new patio door in our other son's home, prior to doing our house. All of us are happy.

We replaced 8 windows that were leaking and costing us money. We decided to go with the best windows on the market (Northstar windows.com) a local manufacturer in St. Thomas, Ontario. We looked for installers and Brock was the company with the best reviews.The whole process was easy and quick. The salesman was very knowledgeable and willing to show us the differences in windows and the advantages of each one. The installers were quick, neat and courteous. We will be looking to Brock for future projects and would highly recommend them to anyone.

We've used brock windows in the past and we were very happy with their products and service. Again we were not disappointed. The gave us prompt courteous serves, flexible payment plans and the installation went efficiently and smoothly. The installer was quite knowledgeable and helpful. I would definitely use them again.

PROS...Brock windows and Doors did a great job installing windows in my living room and around my door. Alex and his team did a great job without making too much of a mess. I did find a problem with one of the windows and when I contacted Brock about it they quickly responded and I had the problem resolved to my satisfaction. The North Star triple pane windows are great and of high quality. CONS...I had to wait 11 weeks from time of sale to installation. I also had to contact them to find out why there was a delay as nobody contacted me for weeks. Too long in my opinion. The only other issue was that both appointments to get my windows measured were cancelled at the last minute and the installers came an hour and half late on the installation date. Again not too happy about that. I guess they are busy but I would warn others these delays may occur if they are in a hurry to get new windows installed.

So happy with Brock, from beginning to end-- all staff were professional, capable, and helpful. Walter the sales rep. was a straight shooter, both personable and genuine, and in touch with the needs of his customers. For installation, Mike and his team had their work cut out for them on our nearly 100 year old house. They did a great job, and the windows and door make a world of difference on the noise and prevention of heat loss! I initially contacted another 'reputable' company listed on Homestars (with a higher rating) that I booked for a quote, and called them when they didn't show for their appointment. I was told by the rep that he drove by, and wasn't going to bother showing for a quote because our street was 'too busy' to work on (but didn't have the courtesy to call me and let me know he was bailing on the appointment. I wasted an hour waiting.) Rather unprofessional behaviour for a potential customer. I was worried maybe that it would be difficult to find a good company to do the work. I was wrong. Brock was all aces from start to finish.The staff at Brock were in and out quickly, with minimal interruption, biding by all their foresaid timelines, and completing the job efficiently and with care. Thank you!

I've used Brock Windows and Doors in the past and although I'm fairly handy I called them up again when my neighbour asked that I help them install there front door. I found Brock installer to be professional and where better equipped to handle the project than we were and they did a pro job. The $250.00 was for a single door and labour only as the price of the door isn't helpful when there are so many options out there. Andy.

The team from Brock did a fantastic job from the salesperson Mark making helpful recommendations on the right type of windows (at a competitive price), to the installers Mike, Nick and Shayne installing the windows professionally in a timely manner (2 days for 15 windows). Friendly, courteous service! The new North Star triple pane windows seal very well and have made a significant difference in the comfort level of our home (installed in December - rooms feel warmer, no breezes along the floor, window panes are not wet or frozen!). So we were able to notice the difference immediately. I would use them again for a project and have no problem recommending Brock.
