Brock has done work for me in the past and I have always been satisfied with their service and installers and that is why I called them back and will continue to recommend them to people.

Brock made everything effortless. In store customer service & installers were knowledgeable and definitely honest. From deciding on what type of door would be best (design, colour), customer rep. ensured every detail was discussed & answered every question we had to our satisfaction; to the installers who were definitely professional & very experienced. If I had any question about the installation they were always more than willing to discuss my issue. I would & have recommended them to my friends & family.

I am completely satisfied with the new windows we purchased from Brock Doors and Window. From the sales rep to the installers they were first class. We were lucky to get in on the free upgrade special to triple pane. There is no comparison to our old windows. Our new ones have stopped the condensation problem and are top quality. We had a few problems /delays due to improper measurements by their workman but then we found out how good the company was. They stepped up to the situation 120% and made it right even giving us a further discount for our inconvenience. The quality is excellent.

We are completely pleased with the entire purchase and installation of our new windows and doors. We had some particularly hard to fit bay windows which the installers handled without a problem. The installers were pleasant and very respectful of our home and left the property clean. A follow-up by the company to confirm our complete satisfaction was also very much appreciated.

This is the third time I am using Brock to replace windows in my home. Their product is excellent and everyone from the sales person to the installer were professional and courteous. I would highly recommend Brock Windows & Doors.

Last August Mike and his team replaced almost all of the windows in my house as well as a new sliding door (which needed to be custom fit). Mike promised that this job would be done in a day and he and his team did not disappoint! They were quiet, quick and cleaned up absolutely every bit of mess. This is the 2nd time we have used Brock in 15 years. Same service as previous, courteous and professional. We had asked for a pre-Christmas delivery, which was a week or two short of normal. The installer came the Sunday after purchase to check measure, and the install occurred a week prior to Christmas, as promised. Both installers were professional and quick, despite the cold, snowy conditions. Thanks Brock. We have recommended you to others already.
