second time we used Brock ...again amazing work great craftsmanship..thank you. I would recommend Brock to anyone looking for great quality work and competitive pricing. We will be using them again for our next project in May of 2012.

It was a great company to deal with. I found that the sales person was very helpful and made it very simple to choose the new door. The installers were very pleasant and worked very neatly. They cleaned up afterwards. I would use them again and recommend /Brock to my friends.

Walter came out to quote my windows - an old house with horrid windows. I had a few other quotes but conflicting answers from other companies so I was feeling uncertain. Walter was direct, helpful, answered my questions, and even gave me his address so I could check out his windows on his own house as I was considering the same kind. The process was simple and quick. Within 4-5 weeks I had new windows. The installation took a day and the installer was very nice, friendly, professional, and cleaned up nicely. I absolutely LOVE my new windows - my home is a thousand times warmer, and I am completely happy. I would recommend Brock Doors and Windows highly.

I cannot express myself enough about the quality and craftmanship that went into the installation of our new bay window, right from the arrival of the salesman who explained everything in black and white without any hidden surprises. The installer was first class who prides himself as a perfectionist and it showed in his work. I have received many compliments and rest assured I am a hard guy to please. Neighbour had used them and was happy. Price quote was more than what he paid even though I was told I was getting a 20% discount. They made their quote more competitive when pressed. Ordered early July and waited many weeks without hearing anything. Was eventually told that the doors were back ordered and I would be contacted. Started calling again in September but no one returned my calls. Installer came in October. Did a great job but could not install final door as the order was wrong. Followed up with main office. No returned call. Called the President directly and door is being installed this weekend. Should not have to work this heard to spend my money. Is business that good??

I ended up selecting Brock Windows to replace all windows in my house after a few comparisons. The sales person was knowledgable and he made a few good recommedations to me on the color and style of the new windows. He was sincere and the price he quoted was very competitive. The installation team was friendly and efficient. The got their work done as promised and clean up thoroughly before they leave. Very happy with my new windows now, Would strongly recommend this company to anyone.

WE COULD NOT BE HAPPIER WITH THE CHOICE WE MADE TO HAVE BROCK DOORS AND WINDOWS REPLACE ALL OF OUR WINDOWS, PATIO DOORS AND VINYL SIDING. FROM THE INITIAL CONSULTATION WITH TERRY WHO WAS VERY HELPFUL, STRAIGHT FORWARD AND MOST OF ALL HONEST ALL THE WAY TO THE INSTALLATION WITH AMRY AND HIS ASSISTANT WHO WERE ALSO VERY POLITE, CURTEOUS AND HONEST. WE HIGHLY RECOMEND BROCK DOORS AND WINDOWS TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A GREAT COMPANY, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, VERY REASONABLE PRICING AND GREAT WORKMANSHIP! Great experience. Sales person was not too pushy and the key was that he did not talk badly about his competitors, which I cannot say is true about other organizations I dealt with. Everyone says they have the best windows, but through hours of research, there really is not too much of a difference. Key is warranty. Back to the sales person....was not pushy, but followed up. Installer was fantastic... he showed up exactly on time and was short one guy which he told me up front. He busted his butt and got all 10 installed in one day. Very clean job. I would and have recommended these guys already.

Brock provided professional and timely service from the initial quotation to the installation of my storm door. I was very happy with the excellent job provided by the obviously skilled installer. The job was completed in a timely manner and I would have no hesitation in using Brock again or recommending this company to others.
