We selected Brock Windows to replace two bow windows and two casement windows at the front of our house. The main reason for selecting Brock over their numerous competitors was the great reviews on the Homestars site. Sandy Berkley arrived promptly for our scheduled appointment and was extremely professional in pointing out the benefits of the windows sold by Brock and answered all of our many questions. He was very knowledgeable about the products and the relative strengths about the various window types. What I appreciated most was that he did not put extra pressure on us to "close the deal". Instead, he worked with us to consider different options to come within our budget. He also provided honest advice when it came to retrofitting our other remaining windows at the sides and back of our house and told us that these were not an immediate concern. Our work order was simple to follow and we were told about the approximate time for delivery. After measurements were taken, Graham called at the scheduled delivery time to arrange for an installer, Amry, to come out and install the windows. I can't express enough the satisfaction with the workmanship done by Amry. His crew arrived on time, helped to move some furniture (even though we should done that ourselves!) and cleaned up after the job was completed. Understanding that we have young kids and a puppy, Amry and crew were quite thorough to ensure there was no scraps, pieces of wood or nails left over anywhere in the house and outside. Unfortunately, there was a little bit of a mix-up as the casement windows (that were the same size) were inserted into the wrong positions and should have been flip flopped. Again, mistakes can happen but how an organization reacts to correct the mistake and follow-up is what defines its quality of customer service. In this respect, Graham, Sandy and Amry stepped up and reinforced Brock's good name by coming back on a separate occasion to reverse the widows and insert them where we wanted to our complete satisfaction. Just had 2 sliding patio doors installed. Installation was superb - two installers were craftsmen who clearly take immense pride in their work. Cleanup was great and attention to detail was outstanding. Recommend without reservation. Sales and selection advice was very good.

My window was installed very swiftly and I was very happy indeed with the fast service and the courtesy of the gentlemen who replaced the window. The window has been very effective and I am pleased with the whole procedure.

We recommend Brock windows. sales person was professional and there was transparency, The service install team did a clean install. Afteer Sales Service was also very good, (I noticed a larger than gap between window and sash on one of the windows compared to the other two windows. So I called customer service and sent them a picture and within a business day the installers came back and re shimmed the sash(the window frame). The gap was resolved and we are satisfied with the quality of the windows. If you have an older house that may have (not standard sizes) Brock makes there windows to size and installs them.(full service) If you want proffesional service Brock offers this.

My primary objective was to buy and install my windows by myself, but upon seeing the amount work involved I am glad that I used Brock Windows to get the job done. Although my windows arrived a little bit late which is not unusual, considering the vagaries of the home renovation industry, I cannot help but commend the professionalism of everyone involved from the salesperson I spoke to at the shop, to the project appraisers and finally the installers. My windows are installed and they are performing just as I expected, so yes If I decide to replace my doors next year, I will not hesitate to assign the project to Brock Windows.

The consultants from Brock were more than helpful. I was even taken to the showroom before it opened so that I could see what an actual window would look like once it was installed. The young installer was so friendly very competent. He sure knew his stuff. I would recommend this company to anyone. Thanks again to all of you.

the salesperson was very knowledgeable and polite did not push us to buy. He came to our house that nite measured the door. Installer was knowledgeable , polite and did a perfect clean up job. greatly satisfied.

Very happy with purchase of windows and doors from Brock. Our initial contact with Brock was quick and easy, they were at our place within the next day with a quote for us and we decided to add more to our puchase as the salesman was again quick to respond and over our place a second time with our new order with no cpmplaints. The installation happened within the time they said, 6-8 weeks, which we weer concerned about but again they impressed us with keeping our timeline and the installation was excellent, quick and very well done.

They were reliable and showed up when they were supposed to.The installers were very polite, efficient and cleaned up thoroughly afterward. One of our windows cracked the next spring and they were prompt to replace it. I also had a screen which was difficult to remove and they send someone to correct the problem.

Everyone with Brock was very friendly and accommodating with both time and payments. The doors were carefully measured and installed in a timely manner. At the end of the job, all our furniture was put back in order and the area left tidy. Very professional service!
