Complete replacement of all windows. I received many quotes and Brock had the best combination of price with quality windows. Never felt like I was being patronized by the sales rep. Installers were courteous and effricient, completing the job in one day. Would not hesitate to recommend this company over all the other players in this market

we had our front door changed and met with a very helpful salesman that came to the house to make some recommendations. The installer was great and very efficient. The only negative thing was that the salesman indicated that a peep hole can be placed by the installer. This was not true as the installer does not want the liability of the glass breaking during this process so he refused to do so. If required the peep hole needs to be installed during the manufacturing process

We were happy to deal with Brock because the salesperson demonstrated the type of window on offer and answered all our questions well and because the installers were efficient and worked fast and h they took the time to answer questions and clean up after themselves. When we intend to install a sunroom we would certainly invite Brock to bid.

This is the second time that We've invited Brock to replace windows and doors for us and again we have been very satisfied. The installation was fast and efficient, without any mess or debris left afterwards. The installers exhibited great workmanship and the quality of the windows and doors are excellent. The front window has a custom arch and the installer went to great lengths to ensure that the new window would be a perfect fit. I would recommend Brock to anyone who wants quality doors and windows and hassel free installation at a reasonable price.

i have used brock years ago and the quailty and workmenship after 20 yrs is still great , so i called them back to replace all my windows , quality of product was outstanding and the installeres were a 10 plus , left everything clean and install was great , dan the installer is great and his crew i would use brock and recommend them to anyone.

We looked at several window companies and were surprised by how difficult it was to find a company that could provide a total solution. We wanted to maintain the character of our 65 year old home but replace the original windows with vinyl ones. Fortunately, we discovered Homestars.com and were encouraged by the positive reviews about Brock Doors and Windows. The sales rep., Walter, was very professional and did not pressure us into making a decision. He listened and then offered a couple of suggestions for our consideration. Walter urged us to visit the Brock showroom in Brampton so that we could view all of the products. This was an excellent idea because we ended up changing our minds about the style of windows we wanted. It actually ended up saving us money! The installation went flawlessly. The two installers, Emery and Casius, installed 17 windows in a day and a half, took all of the old windows and packaging away and left everything spotless. They were very thoughtful and courteous too! We are thrilled with our new windows and will definitely recommend Brock Doors and Windows in the future.

We received a great deal on replacing all of the windows & sliding glass door in our home - and also wonderful service. Salespeople & Installers were knowledgable and courteous. Work was done fast with a minimum of mess. I would highly recommend them to anyone

We had a patio window installed 6 years ago with which we were really pleased. So we contacted Brock again to replace a bay window which had started to leak. The quality of Brock products is superior to anything else we considered. Our bay window installation was scheduled to our needs but had to be deferred because rain was expected. We got a call the night before and the reschedule was done the next day. No problem. The job was done expertly and looks great.

We had a front door with storm plus a side door installed in September '09. One year later we had to have the doors reinstalled as they were not closing properly. The big problem though is that we have had bubbling of the paint (which was baked on at the factory). This is due to the fact that we face west and there is a great deal of heat buildup between the glass storm door and the steel door. This situation never occurred to us when we ordered the door and the salesman never told us that this would happen. Obviously, had we been told we would not have ordered the storm door. The solution by Brock has been somewhat vague. Suggestions by technicians were of the "you could try this" sort of option. They didn't seem to have an engineered solution - just "well you could put a vent in". You would think that we were the only people who have bought a door from them who face west! It didn't occur to us that this would happen when we bought the doors because our previous door was wood and of course it absorbed the heat. The whole thing is quite unsatisfactory. The only thing that Brock provided was two vials of paint that we could touch up the finish. I also have received quite a nasty phone call from the salesman on the situation. A month ago I sent a letter to the president with copies of the emails I've sent and pictures of the door. To date I have not received a response. All in all we are not happy with the way that Brock has handled the situation and would never recommend them to anyone else.

We had some aluminum storm windows and an aluminum storm door installed, to replace existing windows and door, and are very satisfied with Brock's work. The sales person, Pat, was knowledgeable about the products and very pleasant to deal wtih. Their installer Mario was great - he really knows his stuff and was also very pleasant to deal with. The door was a difficult installation, but it came out perfectly. There was a problem with the lock not working well but this was the fault of the manufacturer and not Brock. Brock had the manufacturer come out to replace it. This was done quickly and efficiently. Everything was done when promised and they left the place clean and tidy. We have used Brock before and would use them again.
