We went to Brock doors and windows showroom in Brampton to look at some doors. We find the people very friendly and listened to everything we had to say. We asked the sales person to come over our house for an estimate on our front and side doors. He explained to us the difference between the types of doors. Helped us decide what was best for our home. The installer that worked on our home did a great job. The doors look good. He cleaned after himself and left the area clean. He was very carefull when removing the old doors not to damage the walls. I thought I would have to re-paint the area, but that was not the case, eveything was perfect. My experience with this company was excellent. I would recommend them to everyone. Thank you

The work was performed to my satisfaction, installers were courteous and efficient. Clean-up was exceptional. No complaints whatsoever. Follow-up by company was excellent. Have recommended them to neighbours who are thinking of installing new windows.

From the visit by the sales person, to the receptionist on the phone and the installers professional approach, the complete operation is top class. The price quoted is competetive with many other companies that I have researched.

Got 15 new windows. Out of 3 quotes, Brock in Brampton won out. Was a little worried about how the house would be left after they were done. The installers, John, plus his wife, plus 2 more men were courteous, fast, and left no mess at all. A great team, got great windows, everything that we asked for, excellent installation, insulation/caulking, all new frames, outdoor and indoors (gorgeous, large frames) No damage to walls or floors - and vacuumed up before they left. Completely satisfied with the end result.

Kevin, the salesperson did the initial visit and quote and offered suggestions based on our needs and wants He was available to answer any follow up questions and we never felt pressured while making our decision. Once the decision had been made to go with Brock, we "inked" the deal and the installer, Eric came by to do the final measurements. The windows in the entire house were replaced within two days and before Christmas as promised. The installation crew were extremely pleasant and tidy and worked incredibly well as a team.

When the new Hwy#410 was constructed behind our house, our household was enduring many sleepless nights due to the traffic noise. We decided to have new windows installed at the rear master bedroom and ensuite to minimize the impact of the highway and also for energy efficiency. The house is only 5 years old but the cheap budget class windows the builder installed were drafty and noisy. We checked out many window companies, but came back to Brock Windows as they were best in Pricing, Quality, and Reputation. The salesman (company V.P) was very helpful and gave us great advice. The installers also were fantastic; they worked efficiently and did a great job on the installation and clean up. We will be replacing all the remaining windows in the house and it will be a "no-brainer" as to who will get the job-BROCK WINDOWS! Thanks Brock Windows for a job well done!

We love our North Star Windows. The house is warmer and much quieter. I had four estimates before we selected Brock to replace 11 windows. I had lots of questions since we had not done enough home work on prior windows which resulted in lots of problems. Brian spent a lot of time with us. He returned all my phone calls quickly. He was fantastic and patient explaining every detail about the types of windows, structure, codes and ratings. They surpassed my expectations in workman ship and attention to detail. The work was done timely and the house was left so tidy you wouldn't have know they were here. They had great respect for my property. They go the extra mile. Many people have stopped by to mention the amazing transformation of our home due to the windows.

Brock installed 11 North Star windows and a sliding patio door in our 26 year old home in Sept/09. The quality of the product is excellent and the installers did a terrific job - love the look and operation of these windows, the house is warmer and more soundproof. The sales representative and installation crew were knowledgeable, accommodating, efficient and always on time. I've recommended Brock to four of our friends who were planning to replace windows.

I contacted Brock Home Improvements to have the windows in my house replaced. I found in dealing with all the levels of staff they were punctual and professional. The job was well done and I would recommend them for any home improvements that need be required.
