Brock did our windows this past summer,we were doing a major undertaking when we started our renovations adding an addition and second floor Brock pulled through all this with flying colors, they worked with myself and my contractor which was hard at times. They were a pleasure to deal with ,Brian was very helpful.

Had windows installed to replace windows that were only installed 6 years earlier by another company. Those windows let more wind through than the old original windows. Brock windows fixed that issue, by installing great windows, knowledgable sales rep, nice and professional installers. We'd love to have more windows done by them.

I was very happy with Brock overall. The sales person was very professional and knowledgeable about their products. The installers were very careful, tidy and thorough with the installation. Furthermore, the time line for delivery and installation were exactly as promised and their warranty on their products were more than satisfactory. I have highly recommended Brock Windows to all my friends and family.

Our house windows were old and draughty, so we had 3 estimates done so we could be well informed. We were taken aback by the wealth of knowledge we didnt know about windows. After careful consideration we chose Brock Windows & Doors. They cost a little more but the quality and workmanship turned out to be the best value for our investment. Thanks to our sales rep Mark and the installation expertise of Eric we are very happy with Brock & our North Star windows.

I have been dealing with Brock for 5 yrs mostly little projects , we have never been dissapointed with them in the product or service I would highly recommend Brock to anyone needing windows or doors their installers are great and service is top notch.

I cant say enough good thing about brock from the start to the finish. they even surpassed my expectations, when going to showrooms and looking at qualities out there we were shocked that most windows were builders grade ,glad we found brock their northstar is far superior then others out there !

Dealt with Mike at Brampton Head office. Able to negotiate great price. Windows delivered on time. Mike called during installation to make sure everything was going well. Four window installers took approximately 1.5 days to install 14 windows. Upon arrival, installers laid down many floor coverings to protect our floors. They showed attention to detail and any concerns were resolved immediately. They made sure to vacuum repeatedly during installation and all debris was removed from site. We are happy with the quality of the windows and recommended them to our neighbour who has since also had them installed and is extremely happy. We have also recommended them to a friend and co-worker, one of whom is expecting installation in January and the other who already had them installed. The only concern we have is that we're now noticing a very small amount of condensation on the windows despite having installed a new high efficiency furnace and humidifier but don't necessarily attribute this to the installation or window quality. We will continue to monitor this issue and highly recommend Brock as well as John (the installer) and his crew.

I went to the brock showroom and Bruce was very helpful in picking out the storm door for my house ,he was very patient with me even with all the questions I asked we did the deal right there then they installed my door 6 weeks later, very satisfied thank you

The salesman came for the scheduled appointment. We indicated which windows that were to be replaced and asked for help as to the sytle. The salesman then looked at all the windows to be replaced and advised us accordingly. He told us that someone would come to remeasure but that the order would be placed immediately on "the list". (We had time restraints due to a trip.")We were also informed as to how to prepare for the installation. An appointment was made about two weeks before installation. The two installers came on time. They were very efficient and had the windows installed in "record" time. They cleaned up everything. We will call this company again when we have funds to replace another large window.

I had much difficulty installing windows in my home. My friend referred me to Brock home improvement. They were very nice people when they came into my home. I was very eager to see what they were going to do to fix my windows. At the end results, I was very pleased and also extremely happy to see the marvelous job they did on my windows.
