    Window Replacements

    Rob was great at explaining the product and the process that would be undertaken to replace our old windows. We were advised once the windows were ordered it would take 6 to 8 weeks before install but it was more like 5 to 6 weeks, which was great. We had 8 windows to be replaced and the installers worked hard, they didn't stop until the job was done and made sure I understood how the windows worked regarding removing them for cleaning and locking. I would recommend Brock Windows and would use them again.

    Worst decision ever

    Where do I even start! We had our meeting in April 2018 and was promised windows within 6to8weeks, which would have been early july. We had hoped that the windows would be in before I gave birth, guess what! They ended up installing the windows the day after I gave birth in late August. Then the windows they did install where significantly smaller than the window holes (2 inches!!!). Their own standard weather stripping couldn't even cover it up. We asked them if it was the measurement guys that measure it wrong or the installation that was wrong. No response for a whole year, just constant letters reminding us to pay the remaining balance. Which we had no choice but to withhold until we could get a response. When they did send out a guy to take a look a year later, he confirmed that their was issues.... Also, there is still condensation between the double glass panels of the window. They said it would be gone in a year...

    Patio door and window

    From initial contact to final installation was about two and one half months. The windows are great and the installers were very professional and knowledgeable. The salesman was very hard to reach and did not respond in a timely manner when we sent emails and/or called him.

    Basement windows

    We are repeat customers of Brock. We've had windows and a porch enclosure done by them and have always been very happy with the customer service, the actual installs and the quality. Most recently we had Brock install 3 basement windows. The work is always done when they say with no delays and absolutely no need for us to clean up behind them.

    Windows, and doors

    The start of the process was great. Rick was super friendly and knowledgeable. All calls and emails were answered right away, and they made the appointments to fit our schedules . The service was great, friendly staff. The windows and doors look amazing and we can already see the difference it is making in both noise and temperature. A little disappointed in the clean up. Windows still had hand prints on them, and plastic debris was left around.

    Replacement of west facing windows

    We are very please with both the quality and workmanship of Brock Doors and Windows. We had two over-sized west facing windows installed and we are more comfortable. Less heat transfer means the air conditioner doesn't have to work as hard. Also the install team was amazing - very professional, courteous and clean.

    Very professional

    Great service. The individual that initially met with me was polite, friendly, and very professional. Same with the installers. They all showed integrity and honour for the work that they do. The time from initial quote to installation was very quick.

    Window installation

    Very satisfied customer. The guys were very tidy and clean. They were very fast and efficient. I didn’t have to do anything except enjoy my new windows. Really appreciated the removal of my old windows, turned around and they were gone. Great teamwork by the guys.

    Great Experience!

    I recently had the pleasure of working with Brian a Customer Service Rep at Brock Windows and Doors. Brian was extremely professional and very knowledgeable on product information and options. We very much appreciated the extra visit to our home as well meeting us in the showroom. This was a big purchase and Brian helped us feel comfortable with our decisions! The entire experience overall including install was positive. I highly recommend Brock Doors & Windows as well Brian as your Customer Service Rep!

    New windows

    This is the 2nd time we've used Brock Windows and I'd recommend them to anyone looking to replace their windows. The installers were professional and great to work with and we were very happy with the quality of work and the finished product.
