    Great Entrance Door and Installation Experience

    We purchased our custom entry door from Brock Door & Windows. From the sales call to design and to the eventual installation. Everything was done professionally and without any undue hassle. We were extremely happy with the experience and love our brand new entrance door. Would recommend them and also will be looking to continue with them on the next door/window project! Highly recommended!

    Great windows

    Great service and great windows. The guys that installed the windows were friendly and tidied up pretty well. Very happy with my windows!

    Sliding door

    Great service a bit delayed. But customer service was great in informing us of the delays. Workmanship was excellent.

    Window Seal Leak

    I wrote a review a few years ago from our purchase with Brock windows. That review is below. I wanted to post an updated review as many more windows in our home have lost the air seal and as you can see by the pictures attached they are fogged up and look terrible. As I wrote before, we have had so many windows replaced by brock when we still had a warranty. Virtually all the windows at the front of my house (upper level) have been replaced and now slowly the others are failing. My mother went with another company 15 years ago and NOT ONE window in the same sized home has failed. I'm very disappointed in the product. Can you blame it on age? Well they started failing in the first year, then the second, so on and so on. $25000.00 is a lot of money to spend for a cheap product. We hired Brock to replace all windows in our home several years ago. Within that time we had to replace about 7-8 windows at the front of the house due to air seal leaks which became very visible (full of fog). The windows were under warranty, except for one. We now have other windows that lost it's seal and the window has fogged up. Other things that don't work well are the locks on the patio doors. They don't grab the latch on the door and constantly need adjusting. They feel cheap. My mother went with another company a few years before we replaced ours and has not had one issue with her widows, seals, locks, caulking etc. She lives right next door to us. I'm disappointed with quality of North Star windows which I was told was of upmost quality. We spent about Twenty Five thousand dollars on the project

    Customer Service

    2 bathroom windows and 1 bedroom bow window installed Feb. 14, 2023. Large middle bow window not on truck, plywood boarded up empty space. Cornerstone only delivers to Brock on Fridays. Feb. 17, Feb 24, Mar 3 my window not shipped out - informed me that not enough for a truck load to be sent to Whitby. Called Wednesday Feb. 22 via phone call and email not returned until Friday Feb. 24. Today is Mar. 3, no word from Cornerstone this week. Called project coordinators, no response.

    Beware

    I would advise against using this company! I placed my order March 9, 2022. I have paid in full, and yet the job is still not done. The installers broke my front window on install in SEPTEMBER 2022 and told me theyd be back in 4 weeks with a new one. This window is still broken, taped up, and I still do not have an install. Also, the latch on another window has already broken off. Horrible quality. I regret contracting this company for my window replacements. 9 windows took the installers 2 full days to install (I live in semi-detached, 1,800sq.ft. home). THAT IS NOT THE NORM! They did not clean their work sites after. Use someone else. No return of calls.

    Do not honour their promises, extremely poor customer service

    We signed a contract in may 2022, on December installation date was scheduled for Dec. it was canceled less than 24 hours on us but was reached and a credit of $200 was promised to us for inconvenience. It is now mid February abs they did not update our account to reflect this credit, they do not answer any of my emails asking them to update and follow up. Multiple times, multiple people, nothing! What kind of company does this! No accountability, no honour, no customer service. It clear the promise of $200 was never intended to be applied snd hence they do not respond nor update my account. Is $200 more important to them than say return customer or happy customer! Absolutely will not be returning and will let all my neighbors know. Be ware buyer of their non existent customer service, read reviews not juts here.

    Worse service ever

    This Brock doors & windows has very bad service from the start of installation date and delivery arent punctual Kept delaying not only that they delivered missing one side of door hardware therefore have to wait again for few weeks also Ive to keep following up with them when theyre coming to install my main and storm doors, when you email or call them theres NO call back or respond to my email. After all were installed doors doesnt lock properly and one side of storm doors has a gap with uneven bottom. Now Ive to wait for when theyre coming to fix the door its so frustrating dealing with this company Brock Dioirs & Windows!

    Full Window Experience

    From beginning to end, I have enjoyed my experience with Brock windows and doors. My sales rep Bill not only spoke about the rebates but properly advised me of the correct process to ensure I was eligible to receive the rebates. I was not pushed into a sale and was offered access to the Brock showroom during opening hours and by appointment if it was of peak hours. I was given realistic time frames, useful promotions and payment options. Every step of the way I felt listened to, valued and respected. To Bill and the Brock install and showroom teams.
