    outside windows and patio doors

    Brock installers did a fantastic job with installation of 12 windows and 2 patio doors. The workers were very professional, tidy, skilled, focused and respectful. The windows look great and the house certainly has more of a clean modern look. Very happy with the results.

    Patio Door Installation

    After receiving sound advice and service from the showroom person, we had a new patio door installed in our main living space to our backyard deck on February 9. We are very happy with the end result (the door looks and works great!) but also very happy with the installation process. The two installers were careful of our floors by laying down a tarp and they tidied up inside and outside the house. They were polite and worked steadily to get the job done. Thanks Brock Doors - I wish we had got this done sooner!

    Window and french door installation

    The entire staff at Brock Doors and Windows were very pleasant to deal with. The consultant who came to my house was very helpful and friendly. He was not pushy at all. I never received annoying phone calls or emails asking if I was ready when I decided to postpone the installation indefinitely. When I was ready to go ahead with the work the consultant returned to my home to process the paperwork. The measurements were also done on time as promised. The installation team were very friendly and even assisted me in replacing my shutters after the windows were installed. The installation date happened to fall on the same day as a snow and ice storm. The installation crew overcame this issue and still completed the work on time. The windows look great and I’m very happy with the overall experience.

    Oversized Sliding Door

    I recently had my 8 foot wide sliding door replaced and am so pleased with the service and the results. The staff were friendly and helpful, from the reception to the person who came out and measured and the installers. Everyone was very professional and the installers were quick and very clean. They put a tarp down and cleaned up all the debris. The door itself is amazing. Not only does it look good, but it glides smoothly and keeps the street noise out and there is finally no more condensation on the inside of the glass. I could not be more please with the staff and sliding door at Brook Doors and Windows. I strongly recommend them to anyone looking to replace their current windows and doors.

    Very happy with the service received. From the quotation through the installation it has been a very smooth process. I'm satisfied with quality of the windows and the professional installation.

    Whole Home Windows

    Starting at the excellent recommendations from our salesperson to the follow up by Brock with respect to the installation date we could not be more pleased with the experience. The installation team certainly knew what they doing. Finished installing 25 windows in the middle of winter in two days. I would highly recommend Brock anytime.

    Two patio doors, a front door,three windows

    We are pleased with the service, my only concern is that it took too long from the time the contract was signed which was the end of August job completed beginning of February.

    Windows and front door

    Windows and doors look great. Would have given a perfect score but there was a mix up when they ordered one of the windows and the fact they try to charge you to paint the window stills and cap the attic even though that should be included in the install.

    Basement window and door installation

    Very happy with the service I got from Brock. The products are high quality, and were installed professionally. My basement is warm and cosy, and I'm looking forward to seeing my heating bills drop

    Excellent service, communication and work

    Buying window is certainly not the most enjoyable way to spend money but Brock Windows made the experience as easy as possible. Chris Hillier was our first contact as the salesman and he was a pleasure to meet (kinda funny too!). The quote was fair. The work was done as scheduled with no problems at all. The fellows installing the work were very efficient, polite and professional. Yup I would rather have the spent the money on a nice winter vacatin but if you need windows you will want to consider Brock as we were very pleased
