    Great Customer Service and Professional Installation!!!

    We contacted Brock windows in August 2018 to have selected windows replaced in our home. Right from the moment Scott walked through my door, I knew that Brock windows was the way to go. He was professional, friendly, explained the window replacement so I could understand. Compared to the other companies I met with, this was superior service. Once the order was placed, I was very impressed with the communication I received from Brock. If I emailed them, I received a reply back within an hour. Installation was booked and confirmation call the day before ensured all was ready to go. On the day of installation, 2 gentleman came and the process was so smooth. Friendly, clean, professional and respectful. Windows were installed in a timely manner and they cleaned up (vacuum etx) better than when they arrived. The windows are now installed and look great! The installation makes the room much warmer too. Follow up calls on the same day ensured in was pleased with the work. Wow! Customer Service and quality of windows are outstanding. I will not hesitate to refer Brock windows to family friends and will 100% use Brock windows when I replace the other windows in my home. Thanks Scott and Crew!!!!!!

    Windows and door installation

    We are pleased with the professional service from the Whitby store, inhome consultation and installation, The front home windows and entrance door give our home a welcome and inviting vibe. Would highly recommend Brock Doors and Windows.

    Excellent

    I would totally recommend Brock Doors & Windows! We had an entrance door and screen door installed and the workmanship and customer service we received were both excellent. The doors are beautiful, we love them! From my first phone call to their offices through to the guys doing the installation, it was a great experience all around and we really felt like they cared about us, their customer. Installation was completed without a hitch. They were very careful, laying mats down around the work area and everything was cleaned up when they left. We didn't have to do a thing! We will totally use them again for any windows or doors we need.

    VERY poor service

    Windows were installed in October. Two frames broken, one damaged screen and the windows came without u channel. The installers were amazing and said it would be a couple of weeks, and all would be fixed. Dealing with our project manager and still 2 months later nothing has been completed or fixed. I have a puppy who is loving to chew up the exposed drywall, and expansion foam. Making a real mess of things while we wait for the issues to be fixed.

    Sloppy installation, still waiting for Brock to fix it

    We had 6 windows replaced on the main floor of the a bungalow. Interactions with the sales rep were good and the windows themselves seem fine, but the installation is another story. There are huge gaps between the window frame and the wall and no caulking at all. Sure enough on a cold and windy I could feel drafts coming in through the gaps. A Brock maintenance person came to look at it and agreed that the window frames were not nailed down well and that there should be caulking on the bottom and sides. Apparently the installers were just mailing it in that day. That was three weeks ago and I'm still waiting for them to schedule a date to come and fix the problem. Meanwhile winter is coming. More concerning is that if the installers were sloppy on the things that someone like myself (with no expertise in windows) could notice, whose to say they weren't as sloppy on every other part of the installation as well? So I cannot at this time recommend Brock Doors and Windows.

    Regarding Stefan, Ben and Jorge

    I want to take this time to really say thank you to the gentlemen above, who came today and installed my new Brock Windows. They showed up early and was very courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. I and my wife was very impressed and surprised by their skills and workmanship. Especially when the started cleaning up as well as sweeping up debris outside on the ground as well as vacuum the areas inside the house. Very well done guys and we will definitely be recommending you guys as well as Brock.

    steel door

    Sales rep was very helpful in guiding me to the appropriate style of door for the area prior to the install. The gentleman who came to verify the measurement was very courteous. The installers were very thorough and tidied up their workspace.

    front picture window

    I am extremely happy with my new picture window. Both sales and service personnel answered all my questions and were professional and courtious. I will definitely recommend Brock Doors and Windows to family and friends.

    Eleven Windows ... took a while but worth it

    PROS: Professional service, great windows, competitive pricing, helpful staff. The installation crew (Stefano & the gang) were terrific, friendly, professional, clean and knowledgable. We were able to take part in the rebate program and Brock staff made the process dead easy. CONS: Only reason I can't give 10/10, through a simple error we had a wrong window size delivered on one of the 11 windows, and because of government deadlines on the rebate program and the resulting pressure on the crews, it was a long time before the 11th window got replaced. When it did, though, we got the same great service.

    Replaced Front Door and Enclosure

    We had our front door and enclosure redone. Each job was done by a different contractor. Both were on time, very professional and easy to talk to. Would recommend Brock Windows to all our friends.
