    All Windows and Doors replaced

    We needed to replace all the windows and door in our home as they were original to our 50 year old home. We called and received a free in home estimate within a week. All the paperwork and installation went very smoothly and they even took care of all the paperwork for the government subsidy. They were efficient and thorough! Highly recommended

    Windows and patio door

    The great news. Windows were nicely installed. The crew was polite, efficient and covered up the floor and surrounding surfaces. They vacuumed up after themselves and worked very efficiently. Recommendation for improvement. Wood frame is primed but the holes could be better filled and left tidier. Lots of filling and sanding is required before painting. Lots of touch up to wall and under windows, including filling holes ( we were assured that the new windows would hang over). Also all windows need caulking in the inside to close the gap between the wall and the trim, to be clean and neat. The windows, the cleaning is long. Silicone finger prints and stickiness from stickers. In my opinion the windows should be left clean and spotless. Love the new windows but there was a good 5 full days of work for one to get them looking finished and polished. I expected a good 2-3 as we knew the trim would need to be painted. Highly recommend the windows, but encourage a bit more focus on leaving the window trim ready to go for customers, along with silicone free (it requires a lot of work and more then just windex to get off). The entire team from beginning to end was polite and professional.

    New front door

    Couldn't be happier with all aspects - sales, installation and follow-up. Chris actually walked down our street showing us examples of what we liked and didn't like. They did a fantastic job installing and cleaning up after themselves.

    Triple pane windows

    I am so happy with my beautiful windows and patio door. My sales rep was knowledgeable and friendly. The representatives at the showroom were very helpful. The installation crew was punctual and thorough. I love my windows

    Very satisfied with the work. Will call again!

    We recently got 9 windows changed by Brock Doors & Windows. The salesman Steve was very professional and friendly. He answered all our questions. The installers Carlos and Daryl were very friendly and professional also. They put carpet and sheets to protect our floors and carpet and vacuumed/cleaned after themselves. New windows look awesome. I will be booking them again next year to get the remaining windows done. My house was the third on my street who got their windows changed by these guys. I’d recommend them without any hesitation. Just book them early as we had to wait over 4 months after placing the order.

    Bay Window Replacement

    I recently purchased a large Bay window from Brock. The installers showed up on a timely basis, installed it within a reasonable time and were very professional. I love my new windows. They look great and are keeping the house nice and warm.

    Windows

    I had all the windows replaced in my townhouse on the worst weather day in October and the guys doing the install continued on with smiles on their faces and even cracking jokes! The job took all day and even though I couldn’t be there the whole time, they were very respectful of my property. When the job was complete there was absolutely no evidence they were there other than fantastic new windows! They showed me how to remove the screens and window panes themselves for easy cleaning. Overall very satisfied with the work and the Windows themselves.

    Exceptional from start to finish

    What a great experience! From the expert advice from the sales rep to the continued friendly customer service support, we were excited to have our windows installed. All of our transactions were straight forward and we felt that our project, although small, was important to them. Brock was on time, on budget and the installation was done with utmost professionalism. The installers in particular went above and beyond our expectations to ensure we were completely happy with the end result.     A-Z service

    From start to finish everything went very smoothly. Salesman showed up on time and had answers to all the questions I asked. The installers were friendly, cleaned up after themselves and even helped me trouble shoot a problem that popped up from the previous window that was installed incorrectly. We had 8 windows replaced and a 6' sliding door installed. I highly recommend using Brock Windows.

    Good end product

    good end product - though there were issues along the way, Brock fixed them. I do think things could be improved about the paper contracts and errors in not bringing trim or right casement. Again, overall the best in terms of honest company in the windows and doors sector and I ended up purchasing again from them.
