    Chimney cleaning

    We had the A-1 quality technician come and inspect our gas furnace chimney liner and do a thorough cleaning. After an hour of hard work he professionally put the ducting back together and provided us with a report on the condition. Owen (the owner) then went the extra mile came by assisted us with the liner replacement. Very personal service and definately speaks to the customer commitment A1 Quality Chimney provides its customer. Excellent service, would recommend working with Owen any day.

    Chimney Sweep & Inspection

    The technician arrived after a minor re-scheduling mix up, and proceeded to clean and inspect my wood fireplace chimney quickly and professionally. He took care to block off any soot/dust from entering the living room. He was very professional and courteous. I'm looking forward to the first fire of the season reassured about the safety of the chimney. Bill

    Chimney repair

    I had had repair work done to my chimney by A1 Quality Chimney a few years ago. When the furnace service company had a question about my chimney I could not answer, and that affected my compliance with building code, I called A1 Quality Chimney to see if they were able to find my records and send me some information. I was provided straightforward answers, and Owen was not only able to find my records but actually sent me additional supporting documentation, all in a very timely and courteous manner. Really went above and beyond, especially several years after the initial repair.

    Chimney clean up

    A-1 did a chimney work for us just recently ... the front office was very professional, enthusiastic and timely in all their communication. Actual work was done by a knowledgeable professional - he has done an impeccable job, leaving it almost cleaner than it was before the work took place. It took no effort and very little time on my part ... all my questions were patiently answered and all steps of work carefully explained. Future recommendations and considerations were also communicated at the end. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone.

    BrickChimney Repair

    This does not happen in big cities but it did happen to me. I went to the yellow pages, phoned and that night just before darkness arrived, Bob was at my door to assess the damaged chimney and give me a quote to repair. The amount was very reasonable and besides I could not climb a two story home by going on the roof to verify the damage. Within two business days another man came, looked and reported the problem was not as bad a first thought. He simply caulked part of the chimney and charged me only for a service fee which was less than half of what I expected to pay. To top things off a photo of what he did was left with me. Nobody can beat that for cost, service and courtesy A1 Quality provided me. Nick

    Chimney Rebuild/Fix the front steps

    A-1 had Terrific customer service. Friendly and knowledgeable staff - Bob, from the office, were great, as were the two men who rebuilt the chimney. Bob was relaxed even though i was not sure who to choose to do the work. There was a little confusion with the price which made me feel like i was not telling the truth to the company which sucked until they called and stated i was right. The two men working on the chimney and steps didn't speak english very well however they did a great job. Work started exactly on time. The chimney brick was matched so well, you'd think it was the original. I was a little concerned because that evening it rained. It's only been a few days so far and everything still looks great even after i went on the roof to inspect it. Well done!

    Chimney Cleaning Service

    Service was quick and excellent. The staff were an absolute pleasure to deal with. They are very polite and professional and they did an amazing job and follow-up, I was very impressed. They even taught me how to use it... I would highly recommend this company to friends.

    Chimney sweep

    The serviceman was courteous and made sure all areas were protected from dirty chimney soot so that it did not enter our breathing and living space before beginning the sweep. He went the extra length after to clean and vacuum out the woodstove interior which is clean clean clean!

    Chimney sweep

    I found A1 Quality Chimney from HomeStars and engaged them to come and clean my chimney. The cleaning process was very efficient. The technician was on time and provided friendly service. I will use your company again!

    Mesh and replace chimney cap

    Rick was most pleasant and professional. He answered all my questions He showed me photos of the completed project and finished the task in a timely manner, This is the first time I have used this company. Based on my experience I would highly recommend A1. I couldn't have asked for better service.
