Great window installation and I even had a warranty repair not long after that they were quick to rectify!

We replaced all our windows and patio doors a couple years back and have been extremely happy with the product and A1 customer service. Robert steered us to using a clear glass (instead of privacy glass) for our over the front door windows and I am thankful every day for that as I can enjoy a beautiful view of Northshore mountains walking through the hallway and, given the house layout, our privacy is not affected. There was a problem with one of the 19 windows and they replaced the window at their expense, which I really appreciated as it was the largest and most expensive one. I recommended this company to two of my friends and they all are also very satisfied with the entire process. A local company that will deliver and stand behind their product is a rarity and I have no qualms recommending them for your project.

Our Strata used A-1 windows for a second time as the first time the did an excellent job. The second time was as good if not better.

A1 Windows offers great window options. They provided us with great service from the beginning of our project to the completion. Our service advisor is helpful and is able to recommend the type of windows that suit our needs. They are also able to keep the cost according to our budget.

A1 Windows is "One Call Does It All" company. From my initial contact until last window caulking and receiving final invoice, everything was smooth and easy. Vikrant, sales person, was thorough, patient and professional from inspecting the house and providing quote, to visiting the place during work to see the progress. Manjeet, Instalation Coordinator, was clear, efficient, patient and cheerful. Tone of her voice makes you feel everything is OK and under control. The last but not least, installers Ranjit, Gurdeep and Travis were professional, quick and efficient. It was obvious they know their job, taking action without delays and were coordinated to maximize the use of their time. I would definitelly recommend A1 Windows to anyone who wants to make their house enegy efficient by getting rid of old single od double glazed windows and instaling triple glazed protection which keeps heat inside, cold and noise outside. A1 windows did an excellent job of replacing all 17 windows in this house. Vikrant (sales) was superb at explaining all the options, cost of each, answering all my questions and showing us the fabrication space in Burnaby. I got four different quotes and A1 gave a competitive price. Installation was also fantastic. The windows look great, they cleaned up well and they even fixed a few things that had nothing to do with the windows. They fixed a gutter that needed to be reconnected (since they were on a tall ladder near there), plus fixed my mom's car fender (it needed pushing in). Highly recommend

I had A1 windows do a full replacement window (renovation style) on my home. The installation crew was knowledgeable and took their time to explain lots of things. Vikrant was an excellent sales rep and took his time to educate me all about windows (without being too pushy) and worked with me through various bureaucratic challenges. In the end, we were able to do a full replacement of all windows in the home, with all windows qualifying for the greener homes grant and loan. This has been a huge upgrade to the home and a great contrast to other local window companies (who would often try to sell me product that were not rebate eligible or cut corners in other ways; ie. non-rebate eligible privacy glass.)

A1 Window did a brilliant job to replace the whole windows and doors in our house. The windows are beautiful and good quality. We are glad that our house looks totally different now. Rob gave us a very reasonable quote and Manjeet answered my email quickly /patiently and did an excellent job to coordinate during the working process. Said and his team was very professional.
