    Window replacement

    Third time we have used A1 and, as usual, excellent workmanship. The installers, Mandip and Gurdip, did a very good install and explained everything.

    Great product at a reasonable price, great team

    I have nothing but good things to say about A1 Windows - we replaced all 19 of our windows in January and they are beautiful! The house feels warmer and quieter and we are so happy we made this investment. A1 windows was recommended to us from multiple sources - a friend is a renovation contractor and he uses them frequently, a designer my friend used for her house reno also recommended them, etc. Still, we obtained three quotes (like you are supposed to do with any large reno investment) and found the other companies not to be as forthcoming with information on cost, delivery timelines or even sourcing out their products. A1 Windows is a local company that manufactures the windows in BC. You know you have a reputable and reliable company when the pros use them. The process was very transparent from the beginning to end, they were helpful directing us to the Greener Homes subsidies, their installation was done professionally and on time with minimal disruption to our family. When we had questions after the install, they responded promptly and were pleasant to deal with. It is hard to find a company where not only the product is excellent, but so are the people giving you a quote, installing the product and processing your payment.

    4 Windows and patio door installation

    On time, professional, quality workmanship and done in a Timely manner. Cleaned up everything really nicely too.

    windows

    What we were promised at the time of estimating was delivered. Job was done on time and installation was clean with minimal damage to interior or exterior of the house. Install crew cleaned up and removed old windows from the property every night. We are very pleased with the product so far.

    Window Replacement

    Great work done by A1 windows to replace all the windows in my house. I want to give a shout out to Robert who explained all about windows and rebates and Saed who did all the measurements. Finally I want to highly recommend the work done by Simran, Ranjeet and Gurdeep. They worked hard and did a great job with the window replacement as well as some wood work for window frames. Overall very satisfied with A1 windows.

    An amazing job!

    Simran, ranjeet, gurdeep all did a fantastic job on our windows. They were extremely efficient, communicated well with my wife and I and from what we saw of the workmanship they enacted a high attention to detail. We are very pleased with the final result, absolutely amazing.

    Windows replacement

    All the members of the team were professional and experienced. Polite and on time. Patient and helpful. I would recommend the company and my team for the job.

    Front windows and a back window

    We were in need of new windows and got them from A1 Windows.6 windows were replaced.Happy with the service and the installers Simran,Gurdeep and Ranjit.They were very professional.All windows were installed in one day,framing on second day.I did some minor cleaning up after they left.Overall we are very happy and would recommend A1 Windows for anyone looking to get their windows replaced.

    Old house/ new windows

    They did a great job. The old wind were a mix of single and duo pane in a 1960 built bungalow. I was concerned the 2 types of windows to be installed might look odd, no worries. The whole process from purchase to install was pretty seamless except the install date. The sales person and his support were helpful, friendly, and cooperative through the whole process. Installation was great. They arrived when they said they would and 10 windows were installed by early afternoon. They were polite, friendly and as far as I can see they did a great job. The product seems to function as advertised, quieter and warmer. The only glitch was the installation date. Originally it was the end of Aug. then the end of Sept. then mid Oct. The problem was the sealed glass units, they arrived Oct 28 and the windows were installed Nov 1. Kudos to A1 getting the product finished and installed in 3 working days.

    473 E 11 TH AVE VAN

    I visited A1 windows , after reviewing all customer feedback, i was impressed. Excellent service care and professionalism. Thank you Robert for your recommendation guidance and care throughout this process. Thank you Ali and crew who worked tireless through morning till late evening to removed 19 aluminum windows and patio door. Now replacing them with ultra triple glaze windows and trim. I am now very happy with my new windows. Thank you Ali and crew, excellent workmanship, cleanliness courtesy and friendliness throughout. i had a minor flaw with two windows which Manjeet and Ramiza took care and had it replaced. Thank you both very much for your excellent service and helpful manner. i highly recommend A1 windows for excellent service product and workmanship. Aannd Bissoon
