    Furnace and AIr COnditioner

    Thank you Aire One. My husband and I were very happy right from the beginning sales call through to the final install. Our salesperson was very knowledgeable, took the time to answer all of our questions and at no point became high pressured (which is usually where I turn off). The install was done professionally and by very experienced staff who again were willing to answer our questions. The final tour and explanation of our two new systems was also most appreciated. Thank you Aire One!

    New Furnace and Air Conditioner

    Sales rep Colin was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained all of our options very clearly. After our meeting, anytime we had questions, Colin answered them almost immediately. Once we decided to go with Aire One, an installation date was set for the following week. Installers arrived on time, took care to lay drop sheets and cleaned up completely when done. Has only been a few days but so far we couldn't be happier.

    Furnace and air conditioning

    Great technicians, service, and accountability. I would recommend aire one to friends and relatives. Product line is vast and competitive. This was a great experience and I look forward to doing business with them again.

    Furnace install and repair

    Very quick install, good service when required, and follow-up from the service department. Ongoing recommendations from service department for calls is helpful, certainly will continue to contact Aire One for service needs in future.

    new furnace & air conditioner

    I recently purchased a furnace and air conditioner from Aire One. When installing the furnace, the central vac had to be removed. The salesman assured me in WRITING, that Aire One would re-install the vac, when the job was finished. Unfortunately, this was NOT done ! I tried UNSUCCESSFULLY to resolve this matter with the salesman. After some time, the general manager, Kevin G., called me, and resolved the issue in a professional, courteous manner. He immediately sent technicians, Jerry and Austin, to re-install my vac, which was a straight-forward job. Now, I'm a happy Aire One customer. Thanks, Kevin G., Jerry and Austin, for the work that you do !

    Humidifier Install

    I had a humidifier installed on my furnace. The technician was on time, professional and personable. The work was done in a reasonable amount of time and the work area cleaned up when he was done. I would recommend Aire One to others and will use them in the future.

    Furnace

    This was a warranty call out for our furnace. Technician arrived early. He was knowledgeable and efficient. Identified the problem quickly, sorted it out and reset the system in 15 min. A ten out of ten experience.

    Furnace repair

    Furnace was loud. Found problem right away and gave me a quote which was very reasonable. They made an appointment to repair and kept in the time slot they gave to me. The service person was very knowledgeable and did not leave any mess and even took his boots off at the door.

    York furnace and A/C

    Furnace shut down and called Air One, saw it in the phone book plus my sister dealt with them in Hamilton. Technician James arrived promptly and listed what was wrong but couldn't guarantee that it would work for long after it was fixed. This was the second time it had broken down in 2 months. He was very helpful and as good as a salesman would have been. Decided to replace it with a complete system and it was installed 2 very cold days later. The installers were very professional and worked quickly so that we could have heat again. Cleanup was well done and so was the explanation of the filter replacements but they weren't as knowledgable about the thermostat settings, however the booklet was quite clear. Lisa in the office has been very helpful and cordial. All in all was a very positive experience.

We know James sometimes comes across as "a good salesman" but reality is that he witnessed way too many times people spending a lot of money on fixing an old furnace only to have more problems in the near future. All those customers blame the service guy for not telling them to stop throwing dollars out the window and just get a new, more efficient furnace. So now nobody can blame it on the tech if they decide to fix an older furnace and end up having new problems because they were properly informed.

    Furnace Replacement

    When I had a 20 year old furnace break down on one of the coldest days of the year I called Aire One, not only did they show up when they said they would, I received a great deal of helpful information. The techs that replaced the furnace showed up on time were friendly, efficient and I believe it was cleaner after they left than it was before. Top notch from the time I called to the time they left my house. Kudos to the techs who also replaced the air conditioner in horribly cold conditions.
