I had bought some flooring online, thinking it would be easy to install myself. Well, after many, many hours of trying, I decided I needed help. Being new to Toronto, I took a chance with Alliance Flooring based only on the online reviews I read. Once the floor was installed, I can honestly say, the only thing I felt more than delight, was relief. They did exactly what they said they would for the price they said they would. The speed and quality of the installation was fantastic and the customer service was what it should be: professional and all about the customer.

The Alliance team was professional and courteous throughout the process. Their price was competitive, the installers were respectful of our home, hard workers, proud of their work and client-focused. They even offered to move some larger pieces of furniture back to avoid me having to drag them over the carpet. Would definitely use again.

Alliance Flooring staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable. The carry various types of wood floors with many price points. I would recommend this retailer to everyone. Don't just take my word go and check them out for yourself.

We had Lehel come in to estimate the price and he was very easy to get along with and professional and timely. He came highly recommended and he stands behind his work. His team came in on the day and were all very courteous and respectful to keep the house clean. They worked throughout the day and when finished they cleaned up everything and the job was fantastic!! Would recommend Lehel and his team again to friends and family!

We engaged Alliance to replace our old carpet on the second floor of our house with new hardwood. From wood selection to completion of the job, Lehel and his team have demonstrated their expertise, great skill and know-how. The job was professionally finished and we were very impressed. We wanted engineered hardwood in our kitchen. Went to more than 10 stores, but Alliance had the best selection, good prices and not too pushy. We had done our research but that didn't stop other store owners from strongly shoving their opinions on us. Tina at Alliance was the perfect balance between informed and focused on our needs as customers. We had our floors installed by our contractor and they look great!

We finished a brand new basement in our home including re-pouring concrete. We wanted to lay Berber so that the basement would be nice and warm and cozy. Alliance Floor Source were recommended by our contractors. They were great. They even let us take their floor samples home to match our paint chips. They were friendly, approachable and very reasonable. They even recommended (and completed)some transitions for our upstairs level which was not in the scope of the job. We were very happy with the end result, our carpet looks amazing and Lehel even went above and beyond by helping install our new TV when making a house call to check on the job! A trustworthy, professional set up worth appointing.

I want to thank Alliance, and more specifically Kyle, for all the help with my Hardwood Floor Refinishing project. I had three different flooring companies quote me. Kyle by far was the most professional person I dealt with. He was very knowledgeable, and helpful making suggestions I hadn't thought of. The job started on time, and finished early!
