For our basement renovation, our contractor sent us to Alliance Flooring to select our laminate. They were also the installers as well. We were please with the job that they did. Lehl was fantastic at explaining the different types of laminate available and underlayment as well. The installation was clean with no problems. Would easily recommend them to anyone considering installing laminate flooring (or any other kind of flooring in their home)

We used Alliance Floor Source to get almost our house done with new hardwood floors and carpeting. Kyle was our amazing rep there and like the title of this review states, they are worth every good review on here. They quoted the best price, accomodated our schedule and had the job done under the estimated time frame. Exceptional service. The finished product is truly well done. If we need to do any flooring in the future, we will definitely be coming back to them.

Alliance provided us with great service and a great product. They were very helpful and didn't pressure us to rush our purchase. We felt comfrontable asking as many questions as we needed and they were always willing to help out. It was a great experience, we went to several stores before making a final decision and Alliance offered us the best price, product, and experience.

Alliance flooring installed all of the hardwood flooring in our 3200 square foot condominium. This work involved the removal of the existing wall to wall carpeting and the scraping and leveling of the cement floor beneath the carpet pads. Alliance Flooring did a superb job removing the carpet and under pad. They were meticulous in their approach to ensure that the floor beneath was leveled correctly to ensure that the installation of the hardwood flooring was aligned properly. They did a superb and professional job. Several months later we unfortunately suffered some water damage to our flooring. Alliance was there to deal with the damages and make the repairs in an efficient and expedient manner. The owner Lehel was personally involved in not only the initial installation but during the repair phase as well. He was very professional and conducted himself in a courteous manner throughout the entire process.

We recently had Alliance remove our existing floors/carpet and replace them with new hardwood. Kyle provided great service with a reasonable price. He was very helpful in assisting us to choose great flooring within our budget. Alliance managed to complete the job in a timely manner, and we are very pleased with our new flooring. We would definitely recommend Alliance to our friends and family.

Edit: They looked great at the beginning after a few years I noticed they did a poor installation job, I regretted my earlier comment. Original comment below. --- Through homestars I found Alliance and the excellent reviews and awards they received are truly well deserved! Lehel and his crew (John and Joseph especially) are very helpful and pleasant to work with. They get the job done quickly and they always leave the place clean. Lehel is very helpful in explaining things that I need to know with owning and maintaining hardwood floor in my condo. Subsequent communication and work required after the installation were always done in timely manner. I have no hestiation to rate Alliance with perfect rating, recommend them to anyone and will definitely be looking to work with them again in the future!

I hired Alliance Floor Source to get engineered wood flooring installed in my downtown condo (~700 sqft). They were very professional with the selection of material, accurate & comprehensive estimation. They started on time and completed on time. The end result was high quality work. They did not damage anything in my unit (they were actually very careful not to damage the flooring or my furniture). I would definitely work with them again and recommend them to my friends.. Thank you very much. Work start date: September 27, 2010 Completed in 4 days.

Kyle was great to deal with and John pulled it all together at the end to fix a few minor issues I had at the end but overall I am happy with the job. They used a subcontractor to install the floor and I felt him to be a little unprofessional in his comments on the 2nd day at my house. There was also a scheduling issue with a custom vent that stopped the install with a 2x3 section of flooring unfinished for a few days.

Alliance Flooring offers a great section of hardwood floors and offers beautiful Mercier hardwood. Kyle Rutherford was extremely helpful managing the project. I'm very happy with my Mecier hardwood floors.

I was referred to Alliance to remove existing flooring and resplace with new hardwood. This was not an easy job given my home is 100 years old and there were many issues that surfaced during the work. Lehel and his team did a terrific job managing the issues and ensuring that the finished product was exceptional.
