5 Year of York Furnace
Brandon was called in because our other service provider was unable to diagnose the problem with our furnace. Although being relatively new, the furnace had a mind of its own as to when it would start. We had the same problem at the same time last year and replaced the pressure switch. After diagnosis, Brandon determined that there really wasn't anything wrong with the furnace other than it needed a tune up. It didn't need any expensive new parts or extensive labour, just a tune up. I think perhaps with another company, we would have been paying for unecessary parts and labour. Brandon took all the time necessary to diagnose and be sure the furnace was working properly, was extremely thorough and explained how the furnace worked in great detail in a very professional and friendly manner. In the future, Atlas Care will be the first number we dial. Thanks Brandon!
