    Replaced Boiler

    With an 16 yr. old furnace that was not very energy efficient, I called a number of companies, but found Jamieson at Belyea Bros. very thorough and knowledgeable about various types of furnaces that would be suitable for our older home. He spent time finding out about our heating issues and examined the existing furnace and location. He explained in detail the features of each furnace and gave an estimate of each. He left information for us to review and call if we had questions. The installation was efficient and explanations of the gages and valves was very helpful. We were very pleased with the service.     Excellent Experience

    This was an excellent experience. Everything was done with expertise and great customer service. They determined the problem and resolved it quickly and easily. I give them a 10/10 and highly recommend the company.

    10-star service

    It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Belyea Bros Limited. From the initial call, through quoting and right through to the completion of the job. These guys know a lot about air heating and conditioning. I highly recommend this company.

    Heat pump installation

    Working with Belyea was a joy. All members of the team were professional, caring, on time, knowledgeable, friendly, polite, and respectful. I am completely satisfied with the work the company did and love my new heat pump. It feels great to not be using a fossil fuel to heat my home. I am comfortable and warm. I also know that should anything go wrong, Belyea will provide great follow up service.

    Excellent workmanship and customer service

    Daniel just did my annual service on my old gas boiler and he was amazing! Great demeanor, professionalism and very thorough in his service. Belyea Bros has been very consistent in their excellent customer service, knowledge, detailed and thorough work and communication with their customers. This praise is for all at Belyea Bros I’ve dealt with (i.e. calling to make an appointment, after sales/service follow up, technicians).

    Second opinon

    Jon and Daniel from Belyea Bros came to my house today. They were a real help assessing the condition of my boiler. They were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely use Belyea Bros in the future. Thanks.

    Annual Boiler Maintenance

    I use Belyea because I can always count on their technicians to do a great job. Jon and Dan serviced my boiler today and even replaced a leaking radiator bleeder. I am confident that my heating system is ready for another winter.

    Prompt and efficient

    Aside from being right on time, Jon was thorough and efficient when he came by to perform the annual maintenance of our furnace. He took the time to research correct small issues without extra charge and was very kind to explain everything he did. Highly recommended.

    Avoid this company

    Belyea Bros. wasted my time through miscommunication and a refusal to acknowledge mistakes and poor service so they could be corrected. The initial assessment was wrong, the staff impatient and the advice poor When I asked the owner to call me he instead launched his own investigation to disprove my complaint before speaking with me to understand it. Fortunately, I got fed up in time to find another company with excellent advice and service - at a better price.

    New AC unit

    After careful consideration and research we decided to go with Belyea Brothers for our new AC Unit. We met with a few companies, but felt Belyea was the best fit. Patrick was so helpful and knowledgeable during the sales process. We never felt pressured and he was happy to answer all of our questions. The Team came yesterday to instal our new larger sized unit that was required to sufficiently cool the house. We are SO happy and the house has never felt better temperature wise! The instal team was quick, clean, polite and efficient. Would highly recommend the Belyea Brothers team.
