I bought hardwood,birch..i was told later,based on their recommendation it's good wood.and i can't go wrong,inspite of much probing before buying.lots of assurances, till they sell.... and then..don't care..I then found Lot of dents and bad wood from day one,after spending $1200 on installation..Made many calls,to resolve.no response and then sent a inside guy to inspect and the RESPONSE:go to court,we don't care....Don't ever buy from them.No ethics or Morals.Even the store manager,is rude.They take your money and don't care.Bad Store and bad people.

We bought Brazillian Walnut hardwood one year ago, and was not told that it was chinese wood. Instead we were told that it was exeptional quality wood. Meanwhile, the same quality wood is $2.00 less a sqaure foor elsewhere! The owner is very nice before you spend your money, but could care less about your concerns after your purchase. My advise...don't go there!

We went into the Brampton store with hopes of finding Brazilian Cherry Hardwood floors, but really liked the Teak flooring we saw. The lady that helped us told us to let her know when we decided and we were already happy with the savings, although when it came time to purchase she knocked off an extra 50 cents!/ sq foot!!!

Everything was installed smoothly with great care. We had a dark flooring 2.5" maple. The workers were polite and arrived on time. The prices were also very reasonable. I would certainly recommend them.

My neighbour and I ordered a specfic wood each about 2 months ago. Paid a Deposit. I went two weeks ago to pickup the wood and was no longer available. BH tried to sell another wood which was more yellow. Ended up buying something $$ more and still had to pay some of the delivery. My neighbour was called by BH tonight and guess what, same problem! He took is money back and is going elsewhere. Beware, never ever go to Brampton Hardwood. Any question on my experience, contact me jmeaden99@rogers.com

We were looking for hardwood floors. The advice and recommendations we got were excellent. The service and prices were great too. We were refered to this business by friends. We will do the same, recommend it others.

Great selection of top quality products good prices,very informative and able to supply list of installers they know will do a good job. The store provided instant refund for excess material(less a15% restocking charge)

The service and selection was great. The staff was knowledgable and was able to answer all my question and differences between different manufacturers. Also the pricing was very competitive!

We purchased our prefinished hardwood floor at AMCAN. They matched a lower price offered by another flooring company They were able to obtain the flooring in a very timely fashion. They were pleasant and helpful. The only issue was that they don't deliver(this is because installers normally pick up the flooring). Also, please note that AMCAN doesn't install floors.

They were very good - in and out quickly. They were very professional. Had a level issue in living room and they did a great job. Pat the sales person was excellent. Great showroom - lots to choose from.
