The salesman that arrived was well spoken and the price provided was very competitive. I was told that I would be notified of the first available time slot in the next few weeks and I was called the day before to confirm if C-Star could begin the next day. The workers arrived shortly after 9AM and the work was done quickly in a single day as had been promised. However, the workers do not speak English so it was not as easy to communicate with them as I would have liked. Also, they were smoking constantly and left cigarette butts all over my property along with my neighbour's property. The clean-up process could have been more thorough as well as there were shingles around my yard and my neighbour found a few nails on his property. I even had to complain to them that they left huge black marks on my staircase and damage to my house were sustained. On the positive side, C-Star immediately sent out a crew the next day to clean up the marks that remained and they fixed the damage without any questions asked. Unfortunately, I don't believe I should need to call them to ask for a proper cleaning or that any damages to the house should occur so I don't feel that I can recommend this company based on the lack of professionalism of their workers. At no point should the workers be drinking and resting on the front steps of my neighbour's home.

We have pitched roof and the second layer shingles facing south were all curled up, the rear flat roof was in bad shape, and a corner on front flat roof was leaking badly like a waterfall (luckily not inside the house) when storms come. Sing came and did estimation about a month ago. He had good suggestions on the solution for the leak and total price was reasonable. He prepared the contract carefully and clearly. We decided to go with them. Last week he and his team came. They put down new leaf guards, removed all the old shingles, put ice-water shield and new shingles on. Sing himself worked on the flat roof. He carefully prepared the surfaces, torched down new layer of membrane, attached a new down-pipe, and finished off with new flashings. They worked on my roof for 4 days in total. Every day they came in early and the last day they worked till 9PM because they knew the storm was coming the next day. All the work was superbly done. When the big storm hit our town, I was so glad that there were no leaks. The new down-pipe worked very well. Sing, thank you for your good work!

They replaced my roof two years ago. I think they did a good job and it looks nice. The only reason I give them a 9 instead of 10 is because they were a little messy when they were working. The debris was going into the neighbour’s backyard. A year later when the squirrel damaged one of the shingles we had a small leak. We called them and they came the next day and fixed it without any hassle.

The C-Star's quality is excellent. The price is very competitive. They were able to price match another roofing company. They arrived on time and finished on time. They didn't leave any mess behind.

I did my roof couple years ago by other company. i had a leak problem of my roof, it troubled me for weeks . i called many roofers come , they just asked money but never fixed it well. My friend gave me a card from c star , i called them , boss came here in person. he explained to me with so much patient. although it cost a little much, but he solved my problem. he is really a nice guy.

Call them for inspection of leaking roof. Came within a day and gave cost estimate free. Very steep roof area required harness and several people. Patched several areas and stopped all roof and skylight leaks. They dropped some nails that damaged our patio equipment, which they reimbursed us for. They seemed honest and efficient . Another roof repair company wanted to charge a minimum price for coming and pay by the hour for extra work - we were unsure about the open ended nature of the cost. Yet another one told us we needed all new shingles for the entire roof.

There is water leaking in my Condo flat roof and I have tried several famous roofing companies, but we still could not solve the leaking problem. One Property Manager referred me to C-Star roofing so I thought I gave it a try. I called the owner and he showed up next day and inspected the roof. To my surprise, he found the problem with half an hour and gave me an estimate the same date. The repair project was done within one week and we did not have water leak in that spot ever since. I recommend C-Star for their professional and fast service!

The sale rep was good and detail oriented. Replace the gutters and installed 2 turbine vents on the roof to replace old vents.Took tehm 4 hours to complete the work which is good. Unforfortunatly, none of the 4 installers spoke any english and we had difficulty communicating simple things. They were smokers and left cigarette butts all over the lawn and pathways. I hate cigarette butts anywhere on my property. They do sell outdoor ashtrays that they should carry with them!

Right from the beginning the company acted in a professional and courteous manner. They fully explained how they would do the job, and exactly what it would cost. The job was completed on time, and the workmanship was fantastic. Everyone involved in the company from the sales team to the installers were fantastic and treated my home as their own. It took their team of 8 people about 6 hours to completely strip and replace my old old roof with a beautiful new 30 year one, and left my property without a trace! On top of that, the sales staff were around to personally inspect the job as it was being done, and answered all my questions as the job was being completed Thank You C-Star! I highly recommend this company, and would use them again!

Sam explained that it would be about a week before his team could start the work and he kept to his commitment. They worked continuously until the job was done. Everything was completed to our satisfaction within about five hours. The work was top quality. Even in the days to follow, our inquiries were responded to promptly. We recommend C-Star!
