    House Inspection

    Brent went above and beyond our expectation. As 1st time home buyers we knew nothing about a house! I had contacted him for a home inspection just 24 hrs before and he made himself available. He was very efficient, detailed and most important very personable. He covered every corner of the house and gave a very detailed report . He also gave us some important advices on house maintenance which we were not aware of.. Highly recommended! Use his services, you will be never regret.

    Home Inspection

    I recently has the pleasure of meeting Brent to conduct a home inspection on my home and I have to say his service and personality were excellent. Brent came essentially next day after contacting him and I was amazed with both his service and timeline. I couldn't believe how quickly he turned around an extremely thorough report with digital versions, pictures and a hard copy on a timeline I didn't think was possible. It was extremely evident that not only was Brent very thorough during the inspection but also that he had put in a very large amount of work on his own time. I am more than pleased with meeting Brent and I look forward to using his services again in the future and I highly recommend anyone else to do the same.

    Home Inspection

    I contacted Brent on Thursday morning for a home inspection the next day. He was very accommodating and more than willing to come for an inspection. Brent was thorough and polite and provided a very detailed report along with photos of each major area looked at. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He was a pleasure to deal with and extremely professional. Not to mention very reasonably priced!

    Home Inspection

    Brent did a great job doing a thorough job throughout the house. He took me through the process step by step and explained things clearly. Prompt and a pleasure to work with. I recommend Brent to anyone who requires a trustworthy and straightforward home inspector. Thanks Brent!

    Home inspection

    Brent showed before we did already inspecting.Very thorough. I've used other home inspectors before but Brent was truly much better than they were. He actually went up on the roof to check it out properly. Brent not only went up on the roof of the house but he invited me along, and I gladly up to check out the roof with him. Brent also actually checked for moisture in an area of the basement he thought might be of concern for water leaks. As other reviewers have said, Brent takes the time to explain everything in plain English. He let me and my wife follow him around for almost three hours while he did the inspection. All the while he explained to me what he was doing and why he was doing it. The fact that he asked to have three hours available to do the inspection also told me that he wanted the time to do a good job for us. I will use him again and I will be glad to tell my friends and family to use him as well. I worked in the housing/construction field for years. He knows his stuff and does not BS!

    Home inspection

    Brent showed up on time and is very thorough. I've used other home inspectors before but Brent was truly much better than they were. He actually went up on the roof to check it out properly. With previous inspectors I've had some show up with ladders on a beautiful summer day and inform me that they would only go up on the first floor level roof to check it out. They would not go up on the second story part of the roof to inspect it as they were not insured to do so! Brent not only went up on the roof of the house but he invited me along, and I gladly took him up on the offer to check out the roof with him. Brent also actually move big TV set to check to check for moisture in an area of the basement he thought might be of concern for water leaks. I've had other inspectors who refuse to move anything which meant that they could not thoroughly check an area of concern out so how could they make a proper inspection report. As other reviewers have said, Brent takes the time to explain everything in plain English. He let me follow him around for almost three hours while he did the inspection. All the while he explained to me what he was dong and why he was dong it. The fact that he asked to have three hours available to do the inspection also told me that he wanted the time to do a good job for us. He also made himself available to do the inspection on a Sunday afternoon between 4 PM and 7 PM as this was the only time made available to us as the offer had to be in by the following day. I will use him again and I will be glad to tell my friends and family to use him as well.

    Home inspection

    We were extremely pleased with the inspection Brent provided. He was incredibly thorough and made sure to explain every finding to my husband. I got the impression that he truly cares about his clients and by ensuring they have all the information they need to proceed with their transaction. He was mindful that we were dealing with an agent who was also representing the seller. He kept quiet when issues were discovered (only sharing with my husband) so that we could negotiate fairly afterwards. He has all of the available technology and is simply very, very good at his job. Hire him, you won't regret it.

A home that's supposed to be fully reno'd turns out had some big issues. I esp. found it interesting when the homeowner stated the whole roof had been replaced and as it turns out only 30% of it was.     Home Inspection

    Brent was thorough and professional. He checked every inch of the property as if it was his own. He answered questions in plain English and gave honest opinions. I would definitely recommend/use him again time and time again. I truly appreciate his honesty and quality of service.

    Home Inspection

    Brent was courteous, professional and thorough. He showed up right on time and didn't mind me following his every move as he carried out my home inspection. He also answered all of my questions and he clearly pointed out which issues were minor and which to pay attention to. Highly recommended!

    Home Inspection

    Brent was amazing! He was available on two separate occasions for home inspections. He was very thorough and knowledgable. He answered all the questions we had and we came out knowing exactly where the house stood. He provides a book so you can take note on what exactly needs to get done. He even helped us find someone to help complete the work that needed to be done. He is kind and honest and a pleasure to work with!
