Thank you for the review Jen! I really appreciate it! It usually throws a curveball into the deal when I come across a bunch of mold within a home, but that's great that the homeowner is going to take care of that entire mold cleanup. That can certainly be a very high bill for someone to pay for. It will certainly give you piece of mind when you take over the home. Esp. with the new addition to the family! Whoa! Thank you so much for the kind words and review Dave! I really appreciate you taking the time to leave it. You mean to tell me that a contactor tried to rip you off? Ha! Fancy that. Well, I am glad that you were able to use the report to fend off the contractor. To be honest, I am used to dealing with the opposite. People want to believe their contactor and then they call me hastily because they don't want to believe the contractor is about to rip them off. People forget that I have nothing to sell. A contractor does. I cringe when I hear that it is a “friend” doing the work. No, of course your “friend” isn’t trying to rip you off and make me look bad. When I first starting inspecting I didn't even know of this place. Then, through inspections, I fell in love with this neighborhood and had to get a place here myself! What an absolute gem of a home you just bought. What a property! What, wasn't it like two miles long or something? Seemed like it anyway. A toboggan hill in your own backyard! That was totally crazy!
