    Furnace installation

    Our furnace had to be replaced this year. Cozy Comfort company did the installation this year and also many years ago.The workers came next day and the job was done efficiently and without problems.All the debris was removed and the area was cleaned. Cozy Comfort provides quick and reliable service and cares about their customers. Hana Kadanka

    Replaced Gas fireplace, happier than ever!

    Recently purchased a townhouse and gas fireplace was very old and had a potential gas leak issue. I called around many places and Cozy comfort plus guys are the ones answered most of my questions and followed up. I decided to replace the fireplace and from inspection, getting a quote, installation, removing old one to making sure chimneys are working - everything was super smooth and nicely done! I haven't had any service where they actually cleaned all the bebries - these guys do this! 100% recommend Cozy Comfort Plus ! Cheers -

    Installing new furnace, humidifier

    Our 18 years old furnace stopped working in October. Based on a friend’s recommendation I contacted Cozy Comfort Plus. The job was done within a week hassle free. On time , professional and experienced contractors that you can trust. Amazing customer service provided by Mory and Elizabeth.

    Purchase of Valor G3 Gas Insert

    We met with Brian of Cozy Comfort who was very patient in answering our questions and explaining the technical benefits of this product. He gave us a very competitive quotation and we felt very comfortable with his assurance that the installation would be done without complications and it was. The gas installation was done professionally and the gas insert was completed without any difficulties. The product works as expected and it looks great in our fireplace. This particular G3 has remote features which allows us to control the temperature and time settings which is great value for this feature. The pricing we received was very competitive.

    Rinnai tankless water heater

    The installation occurred the day after I purchased the unit. The installation was done professionally, punctually, and friendly. The unit works perfectly. Cozy Comport Plus is highly recommended.

    gas fireplace maintenance

    Very pleased with Cozy Comfort, from the first contact to the completion of the work. Sean at the office was helpful, welcoming, right on the ball, scheduled the service call within the week. Mory, the technician was great - super-competent and diligent, gracious, and took all the Covid precautions. Highly recommend.

    Annual Furnace Cleaning

    I’ve had my furnace cleaned by Cozy Comfort for the past two years. The technician was so professional, courteous. He was very efficient, explaining what he was doing, made helpful suggestions. The best service I’ve ever had, and the cost was reasonable. Thank you!

    warranty repair

    Warranty repair to replace AC compressor. Technician here for 2.5 hours. Parts used were refrigerant that I am estimating cost $200-$300. Company hourly billing rate is $60/hr. We were charged $1000.

    We appreciate all reviews here at Cozy Comfort Plus good or bad because it helps us fine tune our company better for our loyal customers. With that said I do have a few questions regarding this matter. I have spoken both with my staff and my technician in regards to this and what puzzles me is the fact that you were quoted the price long before repair, agreed to that price, paid it, and then wrote our company a negative review after the repair was done and your unit is working at 100%. We have always been there for you over the last 11 years and have fixed any issue that you have ever had with your HVAC units. You could have easily asked us for a reduction of the price before agreeing to pay it. Instead you chose to write us a negative review . Our company charges per job not an hourly rate and you were made well aware of this before moving forward. I stand behind my employees and my technicians in regards to this and we even had one of our staff call you to give you a 10% reduction in price which you denied (the customer wants a 60% discount). This is quite unreasonable and unfair. Yours Truly, Brian Kar President

    Gas Fireplace Repair

    Booked an inspection, repair and clean of a gas fireplace which I had yet to use. Knew that there was a small gas leak which needed to be repaired. Technician came out and located the leak. Unfortunately, the technician was unable to fix the leak and advised that it probably wouldn't make sense to repair as it would be too costly, and he advised that someone from the company would reach out to provide a quote on the repair or the cost of a new fireplace. I was also interested in a quote on a new air conditioner and a new insert for my wood burning fireplace. Brian came out and provided a quote, walked me through all our options and we are currently deciding on whether to go ahead with the job or not. Very professional and knowledgeable, would love to use his company's services.
