    Hi I am very excited

    They know the work. Placed a service call to clean furnace and replace new thremostad The service tech was very reliable and polite.

    Furnace

    They tried to repair the old furnace but ended up installing a new furnace, humidifier and water heater and removed the old ones.

    Gas fireplace servicing

    Within a half hour or so of our calling to make an appointment, we were informed that we could have a serviceman out within two hours. Sure enough, he arrived as scheduled. Prompt and polite! The serviceman did our annual maintenance competently and professionally. He took care to keep his work area clean. The work was done to our complete satisfaction. (And how lovely it was that there was no attempt to sell us anything unnecessary!) We are happy with our gas insert fireplace, which we purchased at Cozy Comfort.

    Furnace servicing

    I called to have my furnace serviced In September 2017. I was pleasantly surprised to have received an appointment within a few says. Maury the service tech was prompt and courteous. In his friendly demeanour he answered our questions and gave us tips about maintenance. Thank you Cozy Comfort Plus for your amazing service.

    Water Heater

    After our water heater broke down we had some decisions to make - should we rent, own, go tankless? We spoke to Brian, from Cozy Comfort Plus, who explained the benefits of the different products available. His knowledge and personable demeanour allowed us to make the best decision for our situation. Upon our decision to purchase the water heater, the installers arrived on time. They completed the work quickly and effectively, whilst answering any questions we had on the maintenance of our new water heater. We would recommend Cozy Comfort Plus to others who find themselves in need of a new water heater. They turned a relatively stressful situation into a positive experience.

    Gas boiler service and repair

    Jay has been coming to do our annual service for 7 years and he is always prompt, very convenient with scheduling and extremely pleasant and polite. When the building code changed to require a low water cut off switch Jay made arrangements to get it installed within two days. I highly recommend Cozy Comfort, they will look after you!

    Furnace checkup

    The employee for Cozy comfort was very knowledgeable regarding furnaces. He was very courteous as well as professional in his services. He also checked and fixed the humidifier without additional fees. Overall we are pleased with the representative and Cozy Comfort

    Furnace and Tankless Water Heater

    Brian and Cozy Comfort came highly recommended and they didn't disappoint. From the initial sales call Brian listened to my concerns and then was able to lay out the various options, their costs and their advantages and disadvantages. He pointed out some other things with my HVAC systems I hadn't considered, and those recommendations never felt like an upset - he genuinely had my home and and my comfort in mind. The installation team was also first rate. This team has been with Brian for 10 years and their experience showed. They checked in within throughout the day, told me about their progress, consulted with me when needed, and didn't leave without reviewing all the elements of the installation. They were a pleasure. Give Brian at Cozy Comfort a call - you won't be disappointed!

    furnace maintenance

    regular furnace maintenance and Murray the tech found that the humidifier was not working so he fixed it as well very reliable and responsive and cost effective would recommend cozy comfort plus
