Came home from vacation to a broken furnace. Called Cozy World and someone was here within the hour. He repaired the furnace and got it working again. He also did a thorough check. All at a reasonable price.

Professional, kind, quick, clean, easy to work with. Nothing but good things to say! Replaced our heater- could not be happier.

Our old furnace stopped working on a cold winter day. I called Cozy World and Boris was at my house within 45 min. to check it out. He is so knowledgeable and explained how our old furnace was too big for our house and as a result was not heating our home efficiently. He told us his recommendations and two hours later two technicians came over and installed it. It took about 5 1/2 hours to install. We are so happy with our new Lennox furnace. Our house heats up much more evenly now! (Before there were some rooms that were so much colder than other rooms.) We definitely would recommend Cozy World!

Great and Honest Service. I asked to have my furnace fixed which was a near impossible task as the part that would fix it properly is no longer available. We ended up having to replace the 26 year old mid efficiency Lennox Gas Furnace with a brand new High Efficiency Lennox Gas Furnace after the Cozy World try their best to fix my furnace... Recommend this company for anyones HVAC needs...

Cozy world was highly recommended by family members. I was very pleased with the results and it was great dealing with Farhad and the installers Saeed and assistant. Everything was done promptly and when the job was completed everything was left exactly as they found it. They cleaned up everything. I highly recommend them if you are in need of a new furnace.

Great from Robert in sales to Saeed the techician. Saeed went out of his way to fix exsting problems before instaling our new furnaceand doing the job right. He was very patient and resolved all our issues and the furnace works great. Thank you guys

Superb service attentive, professional, meticulous, conscientious. I chose Cozy World after many other heating and cooling companies came to my home to assess what would be needed to replace an old air conditioning unit that had died a natural death because it alone assured me that the job would be done right and at a fair price. I felt confident working with the team and that team ended up going beyond the call of duty when unexpected obstacles presented themselves during the course of the job. I continue to be amazed at the high level of workmanship and courtesy shown me by the people at Cozy World. Highly recommended.
