I am so impressed with Cozy World Inc. We had no heat and Farhad turned the whole process around on the same day. I was blown away by the customer service and how explained and showed me exactly what needed to be done and why. We noticed a difference the next morning in how even the heat was through our house compared to before and that the new humidifier on the furnace really made a difference in the dryness of the house. Thank you so much Farhad and the rest of your team. I would highly recommend Cozy World Inc!!!!

Cozy World was fantastic to work with! They came out promptly to view the site and give a quote, and during the visit offered their suggestions on what would make the most sense. The old furnace I had was way over-powered for the size of the house, and so they suggested a better fit (which was much less expensive than a similarly sized unit). The installation was scheduled for the following week, and two guys came to install the furnace. It only took a few hours and they did a fantastic job. Clean installation and they cleaned up after themselves. We've been using the furnace for a few weeks now and it's been a dream! So quiet and gets the place heated up very efficiently!

We had a good service from technician named Saeed. He and partner did a clean installation of our furnace and A/C. He gave us good instructions and pointers too.

Had our furnace replaced as old one was giving us issues for years. Contacted Cosy World and Boris came the same day to look at the job. He provided a detailed quote for a fair price later the same day. We decided to go with them, and Boris scheduled the job for a few days later. His guys arrived on time and were knowledgeable and professional. They had our old one out and new furnace installed in a few hours. We are very satisfied and now have peace of mind as the old one was not reliable. We would recommend Cosy World if you are looking for a new furnace or ac.

My 2 month review; I spoke with Fred over the phone and made arrangements to meet. Fred (sales) was very knowledgeable, listened to my requirements and provided me a solid solution. His install would include a new fresh Air Vent w/o having to cut my drywall. (previous furnace installers did not provide fresh Air Vent). With my 2 ton A/C he suggested a 3 ton coil for more efficiency and better cooling. The 2 stage variable speed furnace has been great. It really helps the air flow. In the last 19 years we have never had much cool air in the furthest rooms on the 2nd floor. The 2nd floor is now much cooler than in the past! Freds recommendation to increase Boot to 24x10 has helped air flow. The installation team of Saeed and Reza worked hard with a long full day. They were responsive to my questions, professional and kept the area clean, cleaning up at each stage of the install. They put down drop cloths to protect my newly laid floors and removed all old product from my property. A Quality installation was critical to my purchase decision. Cozyworld also followed up with an email a month later to ensure all OK. In summary I would say that CozyWorld did a great job and they provide good support service. I called Fred for service for a minor issue and he resolved it. This A/C system is so efficient that we have had to wear a sweater at times in the house even though we are only set at 23.5 degrees C. With winter around the corner, I hope the heat portion of this system is just as good as the AC. I would definitely recommend CozyWorld to friends and family.

My A/C condenser failed after only six years. I called seven HVAC companies and out of all of these companies, Cozy World provided the best service and the most competitive rate out there. I had companies quoting me over ten thousand dollars to "upsell", I had companies call only to cancel within an hour of the appointment, I had companies tell me they couldn't provide the replacement I was looking for. Fred at Cozy Tech was responsive, prompt and helpful in every regard and the crew that installed the condenser made it simple, and effortless within 3 hours. I will definitely go with Cozy World in the future for any HVAC needs - they are honest and straightforward for sure and prices are competitive.

Saeed and his crew were awesome. They worked quickly and professionally cleaning the space several times and always happy to tak about what they were doing and when the job would be done. They finished on time and as for price we had several quotes and cozy world was the best by a good margin. We love the new system and would happily recommend them to anyone who asked for their HVAC needs. We had the full gambit a furnace, AC and tankless waterheater and we love it. They even registered our products and applied for the rebates for us. I really can't say enough good things about them. Thanks Cozy World from quote to job to completion you were great. I met with Robert to get a quote on the work required for my new AC and Furnace. While on site and looking at my basement (being underpinned and remodeled) we discussed some additional duct work that could be done to maximize our new space. Within days Robert had a quote to me that was fair and met my expectations (while beating 3 other quotes I'd received earlier). We needed to have the floor concrete poured before moving forward though. A few weeks later I was in California when my wife called me. Our old AC unit died and was beyond repair! Thankfully though, our floor had just been poured so it was perfect timing for installation. I called Robert who put me in touch with Leslie and we began working on scheduling a time for service. We booked a time and within days and Saeed and team came by to install. Both units were installed and back on and we are very pleased with them both. We ended up with a Lennox furnace and Mitsair air conditioner. Days later, Saeed came back to complete the duct work which exceeded my expectations. He and his team came in and did an incredible job, gave sound advice, and provided outstanding service. My favorite quote from Cozy World team was "You'll see us when you call but when we are done you won't see us for another 20 years!" Well let me tell you, if I ever have a second property or friends in need of this service I will be sure to call again. I can't recommend higher.

My air conditioner broke and they were able to move quickly and inexpensively. 1.5 tonne unit for about $1.5k less than other quote, although other quote had warranty on labour

We had cozy world install our furnace, tankless hot water, and AC. Their quote was very reasonable and we were happy to go with them. All the work was done in one day, and Fred even dropped off my old hot water tank to enercare. We were very happy with the work they did. They even followed up afterwards and fixed some duct noise that we had experienced after the new furnace was put in, for no extra charge. Thanks!
