We used Cozy World for the second time after a great experience at our last house for a new AC unit and very satisfied with the promtp, reliable and friendly service. Fred was able to come and confirm in person what would be best for our house within 1 day of calling, and then the crew installed the unit the next day. I wouldn't hesitate using or referring Cozy World!!

I had checked a number of companies before going ahead with Cozy world. I had a wonderful opportunity to work with Boris. He and his team were fantastic. Firsts of all, Boris made me feel that I am the one and only customer. He replied to all my messages and phone calls right away.  He answered all my million questions ( I always have lots of questions ) He was honest and straight not a sale person that just want to sell. He wanted me to make the best decision with all the information he could provide me with, also the price is very fair and much better than other companies that I was quoted for the same air conditioner ( other companies wanted $500 to $1,000 more). The team that arrived to install the air conditioner were professional and friendly. They took the time to put special fabric to protect my floors and keep my home clean. Moreover, they registered my warranty behalf of me, so I didnt need to take half of my day to figure it out. The air conditioner has been working great and is much quieter than my old one. I am been very happy with the service and product provided to me. Boris and his team really make it easy.

The arrived on the agreed date, completed the installation on time, and cleaned up after each days work. Job was done well, lines routed neatly, and we are very happy with the result

We investigated ductless a/c options for years. It wasnt until we spoke to Robert from Cozy World did we decide to purchase. He came to our house, assessed our needs and answered all of our questions. Smooth experience. Today was install day and a team of 2 lead by Sawed came first thing I. The morning and went to work. They were quick, efficient, friendly and clean! The unit was installed perfectly, we were shown how to use it and they cleaned up debris from their install process. We cant say how impressed we were with the overall Cozy World experience. Thanks to both Robert and Sawed, happy to recommend you Botha be your company to others.

Needed to replace old HVAC. Robert responded to my request same day and scheduled an appointment for the very next day. Friendly, informative, thorough and helpful discussion. On day of installation, Saeed and his team did a great job. Basically built the return vent and also helped to install Google Nest. The whole process was surprisingly easy. Would definitely recommend Cozy World!

The time had finally come to replace our furnace and air conditioner. We got quotes from 6 different companies. Our best experience by far was with Fred (Farhad) from Cozy World. He took the time to understand our needs and gave us a few different quotes with different price points. He was so honest, and he even went as far as recommending we might be able to get a few more years out of our air conditioner. This type of honesty is very hard to find. We also had concerns about compatibility with our current 1-stage thermostat (which is connected to our home security), and he confidently guaranteed that it would work with the new equipment (the others would not make such a guarantee). Leslie (office staff) was very accommodating in scheduling the installation (we had a lot of days where we were not going to be home and/or had people visiting). On the day of the installation, the team (Saeed & Reza) arrived exactly on time. They did a fantastic job, and patiently answered all my questions throughout the day. I get nervous when it comes to home maintenance, and their great attitude put me totally at ease. They respected my home as if it was their own, and they treated me like family. After the job was finished, they reverted my basement back to its original form it looked as if they were never even there! After testing the equipment, Saeed gave me some helpful recommendations, and showed me how to change the humidifier and air filters. The price was exactly as quoted with no surprises. Its been a week since the installation, and everything is working perfectly. Going forward, I will be calling Cozy World every few years for maintenance. From start to finish, it was an absolute pleasure dealing with the Cozy World team. I highly recommend them for any HVAC needs.

Cozy World replaced my 20 year old furnace and 30 year old AC. The install was somewhat difficult as the furnace had to be relocated to accommodate better ducting and the new intake/exhaust running over a finished ceiling and outside into an already crowded area. Fred arrived as scheduled to review the work, indicated the challenges and suggested the best solution. I received an accurate, competitive estimate the next day. Leslie was accommodating in scheduling as we had to board my dog and follow up questions. Saeed, Reza and a 3rd tech whose name I didn't get, arrived as scheduled and completed the job over 2 days as promised. They were receptive to my questions and included me in decisions as required. The finished product was extremely professional, neat and clean. They were also very nice in general. Cozy World wasn't the lowest or highest price vendor but definitely provided the highest level of comfort prior to engagement. I'd use them again and recommend them in an instant

Our utmost gratitudes to experts at Cozy World Inc. You were the only one who was willing & able to meet our complex HVAC upgrade/replacement needs above & beyond! Amazing team!! And here was what happened! Like many of you I presume, our furnace & air conditioner were near the end of their useful life, so, we needed to replace with new ones (preferably latest & greatest of course). With latest SmartHome advancements, instead of control 1 stage heating & cooling with a low-tech thermostat like 20 years ago, we wanted to have our 2nd Generation Nest to control heating (1 & 2 stage), cooling (1 stage) & an Aprilaire whole-house humidifier while heating in the winter months. Who doesnt, right? So, we reached out to several contractors to get a quote. To our surprise (or more like dismay), most contractors turned us away due to potential complexity of what I required. Unlike others, looking for a quick installation job, Fred from Cozy World Inc. (a.k.a. Mr. President) was the only one who took the time to come onsite to try understand what my needs were & how he might be able to meet them. Over the next several weeks, Fred continued to worked patiently with me over multiple iterations to finalize a custom solution that met my exact needs while costing me the least (Yes, surprisingly cheaper then others). With details solution finalized, Leslie from from admin swiftly scheduled the installation according to my availability on May 28, 2022. On installation; in addition to master technicians (Saeed and Reza), Fred actually came in-person with his team to perform the more complicated part of the project himself! Unlike other contractors claimed, Fred was able to solve what others cannot in less than 20 mins. Then, Saeed & Reza just took over from that point onwards. Through out the hours of decommission & installation, Saeed & Reza worked patiently with me every step of the way to ensure I am aware of my options on every detail (ie: preference on replaced the existing black exhaust pipe to white pipe as per the code, AC on bracket or ground, humidifier locationetc.). Furthermore, they even gave me amazing tips on amazing local restaurant! Thanks, guys! Once installation was done, Saeed & Reza tested each part of the HVAC system with me to ensure everything is working as per design. When it was said & done, the team diligently reverted my basement back to its original state as if they were never here (as my wife said and yes, it was that clean)! Last but not least, Fred called couple days after installation to ensure any additional questions I had were answered. After a week with the new HVAC installation, I know I have made the right choice! In short, based on my personal experience, Fred & his Cozy World team delivered above & beyond what they promised! Remember the craziest snow-stormy Monday in January? Thats when our furnace decided to stop working Thanks to Fred and his guys we didnt freeze to death! They came in promptly and installed a new awesome furnace in our house. So when we started to experience problems with our water heater (yea, we are THAT "lucky"in 2022) there was no doubt that were calling Fred for his service. He gave us all the information so we could choose between tank and tankless We decided to go ahead with a tankless water heater and there was no wait time for the guys to show up to install it. And again we were extremely pleased with professionalism and the high quality work Cozy Worlds guys had shown. We would gladly recommend Cozy world to all our friends and also anyone who is looking for the patient, reliable and knowledgeable contractors.

Called Cozy World to replace my old Furnace. Robert came by and was very detailed in explaining the work required and the product features of the new furnace. He noticed my existing exhaust pipes weren't to building code.  He advised the installer probably needs to cut through drywall, as it would be difficult to run the new pipes. I was hesitant about replacing furnace now debating should I wait till it kicks the bucket, as I don't want to deal with patching my drywalls in finished basement. Robert advised Saeed is very good at dealing with this complex wiring scenarios and will get him to take a look to see if he can avoid cutting drywall. Saeed came to check it out the following day and he said he can do his best to run the pipe without cutting drywall. Installation day Saeed came with Amir, brought in the furnace without damaging any part of my house, they had their own carpet to ensure no dirt got onto my floors. Took some time to install as they had to play around with the fishing the pipe options. In the end, he was able to complete the job with no drywall cutting, and no mess. I was very happy with the professional service provided from start to end. Loving my new thermostat and furnace.
