    Plumbing

    Our kitchen faucets needed replacing. Joseph was excellent. He obviously had knowledge and experience but explained what he was doing in simple terms that I could understand. Our kitchen counters are very old and the faucet leaks had softened them. What I really like was that he was very concerned about this and did all he could to ensure that the counters would last until we could buy new ones next year. For me, all this and his ease with a customer exceeded my expectations of good service. He provides added value which certainly gained my loyalty to this company.

    plumbing services

    We bought a house which is about 50 years old and needed to do some plumbing fixied. The stuff needed to go up on our very narrow attic and do the work. He did a great job and we are satisfied.

    New drain, back water valve, new location for water meter, new sump pump

    Dan Mac was recommended by my waterproofing company. Stewart gave me an estimate on very short notice and coordinated with the other company. He answered my questions and helped with submitting the form for the city program. Thank you to the whole team.

    Water Service Upgrade

    In the middle of a basement waterproofing project I decided we should upgrade our water service at the same time. The problem was that the line came in at the back of the house and ran all the way under a completely finished basement. We called at least 3 other companies that told us that this would be impossible to upgrade with out digging up the whole basement. Fortunately, DanMac solved the problem by running the line in the trench for the water proofing and then tunnelling under a good 14 feet of finished basement, something that we could not get any other company to even consider. The job was all done in a day and most amazingly they were able to show up on just a few days notice and coordinate the whole thing with the company doing the water proofing. The price was not cheap but quite fair compared to the solid work done by a rather large crew using large equipment and especially compared to the money we saved by not having to redo the finished basement we were very happy with the work done. The old pipes turned out to be all lead and it was a great relief to have a new copper line especially with small kids in the house. We were extremely satisfied with solid polite work that was done on time. I can highly recommend DanMac to anyone.

    clear blocked drains,replaced tub faucet

    As a landlord in the GTA , managing several rental units, I have come to rely on the services of Danmac Plumbing and drain. I can always reach a live person at any time, even in the middle of the night. The staff are professional and polite, and are able to schedule jobs promptly. The trades-people arrive when they say they will, and I am given truthful advice on what needs to be done. I would definitely recommend this company.

    Plumbing

    I needed to find a new plumbing compant to replace the old one that went out of business. I need to trust the company and its workers as I have to leave them unattended while they are here working. I tried DanMac and what a great company, from Adam who came to the site and gave me a quote on the job to Andrew who showed up to do the work. Its nice to know that there are still some quality companys out there. The job was completed beyond my expectations and you could not tell that any work had been done it was so well cleaned up. Thanks for a job well done, I will be using their company for many years to come.

    Sewage Drain and Toys in the Toilet

    Dan Mac replaced our sewer pipes and a year later we called them back to remove toys that our children had flushed down our toilet. In both cases, the men were very knowledgeable about the service they were providing and were able to do the job with efficiently and effectively. We also felt the price was fair and well detailed in advance. Moreover, the plumbers that came (Kevin and Jason) were so nice and a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be calling Dan Mac for all future plumbing issues.

    Leaking pipe

    I called DanMac to help find the source of a water leak in my ceiling. Victor in dispatch sent the technician out on time as promissed. After inspecting the area he made an access hole to determine the cause. This led to him our attic which was both very dificult to access and very hot. Andrew the technician was very patient and diligent throughout. He was very determined to find the cause of the problem. I was Impressed by his determination and his modesty. I was also very happy with the reasonable price. I definitely would use DanMac Plumbing again.

    Sewer and plumbing inspection and estimate for repair

    My elderly mother had engaged a plumber who charged her roughly twice the going rate, did work that was unrequested and unnecessary, and left her with incredibly amateurish plumbing work, complete with a stream of water running across her basement floor. I called Mike Holmes' company to get the advice of a reputable and honest plumber to help me figure out what needed to be fixed. Thank you Stewart Macan (co-owner of DanMac), for coming out personally along with one of your plumbers when you heard my mother's story, to assess the plumbing that needed to be redone in order to comply with code. You took a great deal of time and trouble and were very kind and patient with my elderly mother.

    Plumbing Repairs

    Extremely Satisfied and Extremely Likely, 10+. On a recommendation from a neighbour I contacted the Danmac and what an experience. Danmac saved both valuable time and money with courteous customer service. Thank you for taking the hard out of and putting the easy in plumbing.
