Great service, Lou and Marino really care about getting the job done correctly and affectively. We gave them a difficult job to complete, which was re-routing all HVAC ducts that lead to upstairs while keeping the site lines and integrity of an open concept main floor.. The air distribution actually works better now than the original configuration.. The house heats up and cools down superfast, main floor remains open and new ducting looks amazing. Nice guys perfect gents. recommend to anyone.

On a hot day this summer, our AC system started making a very loud noise. We turned it off and called Lou to see if he could come take a look. Lou was able to do a quick assessment that day, and then had the motor replacement ordered and installed in a couple days, so we were back to staying cool. We wouldn't hesitate to call Lou again or recommend them to others.

I hired Lou to replace my furnace, add some new vents during my basement Reno and clean up some gas lines. All the work was done in one day. I also have an old a/c that was not working properly that Lou fixed ASAP in the middle of a heat wave.

I hired Lou to install all new ducts and air returns in my house. Lou and Marino are super friendly guys who do very professional and high quality work. I would highly recommend using this company.

After some research on Home Stars I gave Lou a call to get a quote on moving a few bits of duct work and the main trunk for our HVAC system. He showed up on time, provided me with a quote on site and once I decided to go ahead he was able to begin within a week. The work was completed as he'd said, and he was also able to suggest a couple of other changes I should make in order to maximize the headroom in my basement. Lou is very friendly and very competent. I would recommend him to anyone.

I've used DWH for several years. They have installed new heating ducts, air conditioning, and a furnace humidifier as well as doing annual system maintenance. They are always honest and helpful, very tidy and clean, respectful and reliable. Prices are quite competitive. I highly recommend them.

Around midnight last night, we discovered that our A/C wasn't working anymore. Knowing that the next two days were going to be extremely hot and humid, we wanted to have the problem fixed ASAP! So, first thing this morning, I checked the HomeStars website and made a bunch of calls. Naturally, everyone was too busy to service us today, but Lou at Dave White Heating said he would call me back if he could make it. A couple of hours later, I got a call from him at work saying that he could come later on that day. I was so happy and relieved! He was very pleasant and started by checking out the unit outside. Right away, he knew it was a power issue. He checked all the fuses and wires and discovered that there was a disconnect in the on/off switch of the A/C fuse box. At first he was going to suggest I hire an electrician to fix it, but then he decided to rewire the A/C directly to the breaker box bypassing the A/C fuse box which he said was not needed. This saved me a big hassle and quite a bit of money ... and our A/C was up and running within minutes! It was one of Lou's busiest days, ... driving all over town ... even receiving many phonecalls while at our place, but through it all he remained calm and courteous to everyone he spoke to. He was willing to give up his own time to help as many people as he could that day, even if it meant working all hours of the night! He really went above and beyond and I was impressed by his good work ethics and integrity! I would highly recommend this company to anyone who has a similar problem!!!

I arrived home at around 10:30pm to find a cold house. I called Dave White, Lou answered the phone, and it was completely repaired within 45 minutes. Super fast, reliable and honourable! Thats GREAT servive!

Lou was prompt, attentive, took his shoes off, was on time, well priced, and gave me a detailed explanation of the issue and various way to remedy it. Highly recommended. A true professional.

Lou and his amazing crew did a fantastic job running ducts through the addition to our house. He took the time to created the most efficient heating/AC route to run the ducts. Lou also made sure that the completed job was esthetically pleasing, something a lot of trades people can't be bothered with. He created all the duct work by hand (not pre cut sheet metal). Lou and his crew were punctual, tidy and quiet. I would without a doubt recommend Lou and his crew for any HVAC work you need.
