We called Delta Air Systems when our furnace was acting up, because they are an authorized City of Kitchener dealer. They were able to send a technician within hours. The technician came to the same conclusion as we thought-it was time to replace our 25 year old furnace. Sales Rep Scott Padfield gave us a good range of options to choose from and we were very satisfied with his Professional assistance . He was not pushy in any way, and we felt confident in the advice he gave us. We chose a Lennox and are very pleased. Installers Brian and Shawn were courteous and professional , and wonderful to deal with. We highly recommend using Delta Air Systems. We are VERY happy. Great follow up by Scott Padfield.

Everything works great! Moreover, the installers and sales rep, Jason, were such a pleasure to deal with. They even found a pile of valuable 100 year old coins in the furnace (the former owner must have hid them) and returned them to me. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

Delta did a great job 8 years ago when they installed my furnace. So when it stopped working on Saturday they were the first place I called. They arrived on time, less than an hour from when we spoke and he quickly went to work diagnosing my problem. Unfortunately, it needed a new control board so the technician wasn’t able to fix it that day, but promised the part would be ordered on Monday. He also confirmed that I had another source of heat and offered to provide space heaters if necessary. When I called on Monday they were working through warranty issues with the manufacture, but Sean called me regularly to update me on the progress and was persistent with the manufacture that I was still eligible. I got the good news on Tuesday that the warranty was valid and the part was ordered immediately. The new part was in the next day and they were out as quick as they could to swap it out. I was most impressed with how they scheduled the service technicians around my schedule to accommodate some commitments I had that day. I think a less committed company would have given up or would most certainly have taken much longer. Without their commitment I think I’d still be sitting in my cold house. It’s nice to see a company still focus on the customer and do everything they can to make the situation better. They will continue to be my first call for any heating or cooling needs!

My furnace stopped working at 9.30pm and I phoned Delta Air who responed within 1 hour and repaired the furnace. I strongly recommend them for installation and on going service work. Ryan Parkinson was the service technician.

Charles was very knowledgable and took his time to explain everything to us about the options we could choose from. The installers Shawn and Brian put in a long day and worked very hard but still made time to explain things and answer my questions. Overall a very professional crew! We are very happy with the new Lennox furnace....no more waking up to a cold house. I had a furnace installed by Delta Air Systems in November 2013. The sales guy was professional, informative, and not pushy at all. The installers got the job done inside of 8 hours and the system is working l like a charm.

Salesman Jason was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient in scoping the job. Once I accepted his quote the job was expedited and my tenant has heat back (-15C outside tonight!). Installer Shawn was on time, pleasant, and did a thorough professional job. I'm happy with the Lennox since I have the service manual and parts are on Ebay.

Our experience with Delta Air has been amazing. From our initial visit with Jason, sales, we knew we were in good hands. Jason was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful and attentive throughout the whole renovation. Dale and Matt, installers, were professional, knowledgeable, took the time to explain what had been done and what the next steps were, and always keep the basement clean by the time they left at the end of the day. I couldnt imagine a better experience. Everything they did went above my expectations and we are so happy with the final result. Kudos to Jason, Dale, and Matt. We will definitely recommend Delta Air to all of our friends and family.

My husband and I had 4 different companies come to our home to give us a quote for a new furnace. Delta Air Systems was not the cheapest, but it wasn't the most expensive either. We decided to choose Delta Air Systems because the salesman, Scott Padfield, was very knowledgeable about the products and service. We had a Lennox high efficiency furnace, Model SPL98V installed on November 1st, 2013. The installers, Brian & Shawn arrived on time and were very professional and respectful of our home during the installation. Brian answered all our questions and made sure I knew how to operate the iComfort thermostat before he was finished. Scott also came by during the install to make sure everything was going as planned. We are very happy with the furnace and the installation. We would sincerely recommend this Lennox furnace, and also Delta Air Systems for the installation! Thank you Scott, Brian & Shawn!

We had Delta Air come in during the heatwave. They were knowledgable and a pleasure to work with and provided temporary air conditioners until they were able to install. The consultant and the installers were on time, respectful and tidy. They did everything they said they were going to do when the said they were going to do it and within the quoted price. We are very happy with our split duct system. They also followed up and came back afterwards to ensure we knew how to use the remote controls. Good value for money and exceptional, knowedgeable service.
