    New Furnace and A/C, repositioning water heater

    Just bought the house and needed to replace an old monster-furnace, preferably before actually moving in. Delta Air came out to the site and helped coming up with a plan to considerably reduce the footprint of the heating/cooling system. Sales process was fair and straight forward with good/better/best options. Install was impeccable, fast and tidy. One little misunderstanding about placing a return was immediately corrected. Everything was explained beforehand and no question stayed unanswered. Maybe not the cheapest, but the service and quality of work are worth every penny.

    Boiler

    Hello Scott I just want to take this opportunity to let you know that I am very pleased with the boiler installation. In fact, I am extremely happy with the whole process, right from your visit to the final clean up. The installers did an exceptional job and it is photo worthy. I liked the fact that Kevin came in explained the installation and asked me if I had any questions and then assured me that I would receive a great job....and I did! I really only had a chance to talk to Chris ( I think the senior tradesman) and was impressed by his knowledge and his(and the other installers) workmanship. Being a fussy tradesman myself, it was a pleasure to see this job done the way I like things done. I think this Viessman boiler will give me many years of problem free service I will definitely contact you in the future when I want to change the old oil furnace in one other single rental property as well as a forced air gas furnace in my other triplex(it’s going on 15 years old now). I will also feel comfortable recommending Delta Air systems to my customers and others. Thanks again! Sincerely, Mark

    Funace and Central Air Installation

    Charles was knowledgable, and worked WITH me to offer the best options for what we needed and could afford. The guys who came to do the removal of old and installation of new were respectful and did a fabulous job!

    New furnace and AC installation

    We've bought and installed the new furnace and air conditioner with Delta Air Systems in May. Great job - from sales (thanks Scott!) explaining our options to the installation and doing the paperwork for rebates. No mess, everything is tidy. Everything is working as expected.

    Installed - 1 AC / heat pump unit, and 1 AC unit

    SALES: Scott was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He recommended our units and we are completely satisfied. WAIT PERIOD TO INSTALL: Only a week and a half which surprised us considering that we signed the contract during the humid heat wave. SERVICE: Exemplary, clean and professional installation by Dale & Jason. We are very pleased with the Delta Air Systems and highly recommend them.

    New furnace and air conditioner

    Scott in Sales took a great deal of time explaining different options for us to consider. He was very pleasant to work with and was concerned that we get the best system for our needs. At no time did we feel pressured to buy. Scott and Cody (the installers) were very professional in the installation. They were responsive to any questions we had. They cleaned up both inside and outside. They completed the job in the time frame quoted, despite the heat wave they were working in. The products we selected were eligible for rebates from both the government and the manufacturer. Delta staff were very helpful in completing the necessary forms and e-links for us.

    new furnace and air conditioner

    We had a new furnace and air conditioner installed mid June 2012 by Delta airsystems Waterloo and were very impressed with the professionalism shown by both the sales rep.Scott Padfield and the two installers Scott and Chris. To-day,it is extremely difficult to find a company of this calibre and would highly recommend them. Ron and Mary.

    Furnace replacement and AC install

    I was very impressed with our furnace replacement and AC install from Delta. Scott was absolutely excellent in providing his quote as he made sure we were very well educated in something we had little experience in. Once the day came for the install, Chris and his team were very professional and I was impressed that they were able to run the AC pipe from the side of the house to the furnace room without any damage in the ceiling. (Other quote mentioned that they have to cut holes in the ceiling to do the same work.) the install was quick and cleanup was well done. Highly recommended!

    Total HVAC reno: furnace, A/C, heat pump, ducting

    Delta is a very professional outfit. Scott, the estimator, did a full heat gain/loss calculation using the architect's drawings, and answered my many questions courteously and promptly. Dale, the installer did a very thorough, neat and efficient job; fixed the substandard piping, venting and ductwork of numerous prior contractors (my house is 60 years old); and provided several 'extras' to help future maintainability. Delta installed equipment with top efficiency and comfort performance at a price competitive with some competitors' "standard issue" units. I would recommend them to any homeowner.

    Changing the furnace

    The salesmen from Delta Air Systems, Scott Padfield, came to our house and really spent the time to answer all my concerns and find out the air solution that would be best suited for us. Unlike some competitors that were trying to coerce me in one direction or another, Scott took the time to educate me and left me option. I decided, for instance, not to purchase a new air conditioning system at this time, leaving some cash flow for other renovations around the house. Scott also suggested further repairs one could do eventually. I will definitely work with him in the future. The installer that came over was Dale Chambers. He was helped by Jason. Dale and Jason did a very good job and left my basement very clean. When Dale hit a snag with the original plan, he quickly arranged for Scott to present me with options. He also gave me his own opinion (very valuable given his years of expertise in installation) and told me not to rush in making a decision. Overall, a very pleasant experience.
