We were very pleased with Delta Air Systems. They wre able to give us friendly and outstanding service. Charles Semple was very helpful in selcting our system, and Christine Watkins was organized in helping me fill out my required paperwork. Not to forget the installer and the plumber for the units were very respectful and courteous. We will highly recommend Delta air systems to future friends and family.

Delta staff and trades people were very professional. Ryan inspected our furnace and suggested we have the furnace coil cleaned while he was already at our home. This avoided the extra cost of a second service call. On the morning the furnace was installed Rachel (Delta Customer Service) called ahead of her arrival to ask if we wanted a coffee. She arrived a few minutes later with coffee for furnace installers Shawn and Brian. Shawn and Brian explained every step of their work, they worked clean and quietly. Everyone involved phoned before arriving at our home. Everything was in writing, estimates adhered to, they handled all paperwork, and repaired the wall where the old thermostat was removed. Rachel returned to our home the following week for a follow-up to see if we had any questions about the work Delta had completed. My husband and I are pleased to recommend Delta Air Systems very highly.

We recently had to replace our furnace, and decided to also get a new Central Air conditioner, as it was 26yrs old and also had issues. After looking at various contractors, we went with Delta Air Systems. From initial consultation to ensure correct hardware sizing, through to the final installation, we were more than pleased with the professionalism exhibited throughout the process. The installers were experienced and their attention to detail was appreciated. No short cuts from the crew we got. As it turned out, our daughter and her husband subsequently discovered they also required furnace / AC replacement. We had no hesitation in recommending Delta. My son-in-law got various quotes, checking out various contractors, etc. In the end they also went with Delta Air Systems, due to their cost competitiveness and professional, yet friendly manner.

Recently, my neighbour and I decided to jointly contact various vendors regarding quotes for replacement of the 25-year-old furnace and AC systems in our respective townhouse units. After considerable research, in searching for a quality, affordable, local company that would sell and install the new systems, we narrowed down our search to a handful of companies. Delta Air Systems was one of them. After brining each of them in to provide a quote and get a sense of who they were and what kind of business they run, we were left with a good feeling about Delta and Scott Padfield, the sales representative they sent in to speak with us. Scott assured us that they were the most trustworthy, reliable, and professional provider in the area. Many other providers we spoke with did not meet this high standard that Scott set for himself and Delta. They told us that they would stand by everything they did, and we believed them. They did not disappoint. Scott and my main installers, Brian and Shawn, were very positive and friendly. They were completely professional and down to earth – in general, just really great people. They were phenomenal houseguests as well. They respected our homes by laying down sheets to protect the floors, and even offered to keep their footwear at the door without being asked. They also cleaned up after themselves and left my home spotless. My install took almost two days, and I can honestly say that I enjoyed their company. Brian and Shawn were quick to explain things and answered questions to my complete satisfaction. Scott stopped by both days to ensure things were going as planned. My installation was a more difficult one than typical but that did not hinder these amazing individuals. So we needed a new furnace and air conditioner so I set about to get three quotes from local companies. Delta Air Systems was by far the most professional with a complete mobile office. I was also impressed by the quality of the sales visit as Charles, the sales person who took the time to ask us questions that are pertinent to a home air/cooling system and to right size both products so we weren't under or over buying. When buying these systems the install is almost more important that than products and we were satisfied that the installation crew were experienced and knowledgeable craftsmen. This was a point that was emphasized during our conversation with Charles and which was skipped by the other two vendors. With the other two quotes I felt like each company were more like marketing specialists rather than being a service orientated, installation specialists. The install was efficient and flawless. All custom work and they even bricked in the old furnace outlet for us. I can only say we are immensely pleased with the quality of service and the Lennox products we purchased. I highly recommend this company for heating/cooling installation. You won't be disappointed.

We recently had our 1986 furnace replaced with a modulating Lennox. We also installed an HRV system. It is very rare today to find a company that does a fantastic job right from the Sales process to the Installation. Scott was our salesperson and he was very knowledgeable, very thorough in answering our questions and covered all the important details. The installation crew (Brian and John) were very clean, on time (extremely rare today!!), professional, courteous and did a TOP notch job installing our furnace and HRV system. We would highly recommend Delta - kudos to the entire team at Delta!!

I rarely write reviews and am quite difficult to impress (not to mention my general displeasure with contractors and salesmen due to negative experiences in the past...) However, I would like to share my positive experience dealing with Delta Air Systems. My family recently moved into a home which had a 25 year old furnace. We wanted to have a new Lennox furnace installed (in our opinion, one of the best in the industry). We contacted Delta Air Systems and setup an appointment. Charles came promptly to our home as scheduled and provided excellent information about all our options, as well as the government grants available to us, all while not being pushy, and trying to up-sell us into something more expensive than what we needed. The price was fair, and we setup a day for installation. Again, the Delta Air team came on time, and installed our new furnace efficiently, and cleaned up after they left. They were very courteous as well, which I can't always say about all contractors. Delta submitted all of the paperwork on our behalf so we could maximize our product refunds and government grants (many of which we didn't even know about). Charles has followed up a few times after the work had been completed to ensure everything was running well, and to make sure we were completely satisfied. Our overall experience was FANTASTIC and I would highly recommend Delta Air Systems to anyone looking to install a new furnace! Also, our furnace has been extremely quiet and runs beautifully!Thanks Charles and Delta for a great experience!

Feel the HEAT!!! Scott and the Delta install crew did an amazing job! Complete professionalism from start to finish! Scott brought me space heaters to use for the weekend until my new Lennox could be installed. Thats service!! Thanks Scott. The installer was courteous and polite. No dirt or debris was left behind at all. My furnace room has never been cleaner! Great workmanship, great service, premium products. Well done. After 'Interviewing' 5 other local companies and getting quotes, Delta (Scott and installation crew) were by far the most knowledgeable, courteous and professional. I made the right choice and got the best deal...nothing but positive things to say about this experience. My house is almost too comfortable now!! Thanks guys!
