It gives me peace of mind to know that I can call if something goes wrong and not have to worry about how much it might cost. I would rather just pay the monthly fee. The service is great and the plumbers are knowledgeable.

I felt that both the technician that analyzed my issue and then the installer were both extremely helpful in understanding our issue and explaining all the possible solutions. They were all very pleasant and knowledgeable.

Had service calls for my furnace and they replaced parts and all costs plus labour were covered under my heating protection plan with Enercare. Very happy with the work they did. I would recommend Enercare.

Two service people were involved in our call to Enercare. One came to assess the problem. Another came to do the technical work. Both were VERY polite and effective in their service. Motor unit to hot water tank was replaced in about 10 minutes and all is well. EXCELLENT SERVICE!

My 86 Year old Father had a new furnace installed 11 Months ago by Enercare. Now He is told that he must pay for an Heating Maintenace Plan or the warranty would be void. The Sales person never explained this extra yearly charge that he can not afford. Forcing and intimidating an 86 year old Senior to pay for a Maintenance Plan on a new Furnace it's not Right. We are very disappointed with Enercare. Buyer Beware
