    Ductless units

I have two ductless units that are working at 50% efficency. The fans are dirty and the Technicien knows it because he has been there twice before for the same problem. They refuse to touch the fans. So ï scheduled. a service again Technicien comes to door and says he does not know what the problem is. He does not come inside to look at them to service them. This problem has gone on for over a year .

repaire furnace on September 23, 2023

I had an appointment for today, September 23,2023 between 9am-1pm. Nobody came. I called customers, answer from Colombia, asked if the technician is coming, he told me he will schedule an appointment for me. I said: I have an appointment. I was stuck in the house for 4 hours, nobody came. There is no phone# to complain about those people who don't care about the customers in Canada. The worst company Enercare, greedy, bad service, no respect for the people who pay for their bad service.

    Furnace Maintenance

Technician, James, performed this maintenance. He notice the water filter was dirty and changed it (I had a spare). Would definitely use James and Enercare again!

    Scheduling repair work

We had a major main water valve leak. Called enercare call centre located in Columbia. They were incompetent to the core. Asked to speak to the supervisor could not reach. Later was told they all work remote and they cannot connect us to their supervisors. The agent asked me to call the city to shut off the main water to the house. I did, but he didn't say he cancelled the workorder. I learnt whe. I called back to follow up. They slotted me between 1 and 5pm on Thursday (Sep 14th), the plumber didn't show up untill i connected via fb messenger. Finally came around 4.15pm. The plumber said he was just at that point was assigned to the job. We had severe water damage due to this leak in our finished basement and had to deal with an inefficient and incompetent call centre that screwed up the appointment, inspite of explaining the urgency. I guess the enecare management purely looks for profits by reducing costs and outsource without proper training that results in shoddy service to US the CUSTOMER.

    Service Excellence

Very impressed with the whole process. I called and was given a date but when I called back asking for an earlier date, I was put on the wait list, and later received an email confirmation of an earlier date. Jeremy arrived on time and quickly assessed the issue. He checked the records for my last service apt and suggested what was at the root cause of both problems. He finished replacing the part in less than 30 min and also suggested I get a quote for a new unit.

    Furnace

The salesperson visit my home to replace the furnace as the heat exchanger had a whole. Suffice it to say he spoke about rental rental. I had no intention to rent permanently so I choose to purchase the Lennox equipment. At first I was told that the heat exchanger was lifetime, this information was not in the contract. Then I was told that the furnace came with a warranty of 10 years parts and labor, but that was not the case. It only comes with 10 years parts no labor. Before I purchased the furnace I asked for a written quote, he said the scribble on the back of the advertisement is good enough. Going forward I have to pay for the labor. A word of advice make sure you document everything or record the salesperson. Thanks for your attention.
