    Repairing a failed boiler/hot water combi unit

    Last Saturday evening I lost heat and hot water as my combi boiler/hot water had a broken leaking part . Called Enercare later that night and a technician came by the next morning . Parts were ordered . The boiler was fixed on Wednesday afternoon by the same technician, his name is Rakesh who did a good job explaining to me the work he was doing. He was friendly and seems knowledgeable. Boiler fixed !!!

    Water tank repair

    Everything went smoothly. Customer service staff was courteous. Appointment was scheduled for the same day. Technician was very knowledgeable and quick to find and solve the issue. Happy with the outcome.

    Tankless Water Heater installation

    The entire process was very well done. Todd was very knowledgeable on the tankless water heater product, explained everything in a way we could understand and set everything in motion for the pre installation inspection and installation. Peter & Denis were very professional and courteous when they came for both the pre installation inspection and the installation. They worked with us during the installation on the movement of certain items and placement for venting, etc. Once done, they explained how everything worked so that we didn't have any questions. From end to end the process was very well done. We would definitely recommend Enercare and use you again in the future.

    Service on my furnace

    In a day when Customer Service means very little, this company has proven they are not the same. Same day - call and appointment and service. He did his job and then gave me tips on how to maintain the furnace. Very courteous. Would highly recommend.

    Enercare will not cancel rental agreement even after return of tank

    I called Enercare on two occasions because I was paying too much for a rental boiler that was old and inefficient. They offered me a $100 rebate, but after one billing cycle, I did not receive it. So I called again to cancel my rental contract, I was advised to return the 12 year old tank to the depot at my cost, I was given a Reference # to provide to the depot for confirmation. No other instructions were provided. The tank was returned on Feb 24, 2020, but the depot provided an alternate Reference #. The next billing cycle shows continued charges for the rental, and additional charges for account settlement which Enercare could not explain, justify or refund. They refused to cancel my contract, since they now demand a serial number for the tank and a verification number from the depot drop off, which I was never provided, nor had been advised to provide. I do have a text message from the receiver with her cell # confirming drop off, however Enercare was not interested in this information. They advised me that they cannot help me, that they cannot escalate the matter, and that they will continue to charge me the monthly rental fee unless I pay for the replacement cost of my tank! They refused to open an investigation, or review the recordings of our conversation. They refused to follow up with the drop-off depot, and asked me to go back and find my tank to obtain the serial number. I advised them that their customer service is poor, and that they need to update their policies.

    Monthly maintenance plan for furnace and air conditioner.

    We are on the monthly plan of about $30 per month. Excellent service, very prompt service when there is an issue. Repair person is always on time, is approachable with questions, makes helpful suggestions. Worth every penny. I highly recommend.

    Replaced Furnace and Central Air Conditioner

    I had old equipment that was about 20 years old. In September 2020, the furnace and a/c were at the end of their expected lifespan and winter was approaching. Enercare came and quoted me to replace the equipment and followed through very quickly. The equipment was replaced very professionally. I received a free gift card worth $500, and no payments for 6 months. It is now March 2021 and I can say the whole procedure was painless. I am very happy with the results and would recommend Enercare Home Services for all your heating and air-conditioning needs. (They also provide water heaters as well.)

    Home plan, electrical, plumbing, furnance

    I have the home plan, this gives me peace of mind. If I have any problems I just make an appointment and the problem is fixed. My next call will be for Thier plumber. I am very happy I have this plan.

    Problem with Furnace

    We had a problem with our rental furnace yesterday as it was short-cycling. We called Enercare first thing in the morning and were scheduled for the 11am-3pm time slot same day. The service person called at around 2:30 to let me know he would be arriving in 10mins. He sorted out the problem efficiently, followed all Covid protocols with care, and was very positive and cheery in his manner. We were hugely relieved to have heat back as it was a very cold day. In general, we find Enercare to be very responsive to customer issues and feel well looked after!

    Enercare Woodbridge Location

    Wanted to share the great experience we had with Grant Harris of the Woodbridge location of Enercare. He was very professional and wore all appropriate PPE equipment while in the house. He explained all that he did and answered any questions we had. We will be asking for Grant the next time we have our furnace inspected
