    Furnace Maintenance

    I don't recall being unsatisfied with any of technicians who have come to the house from enercare, but will say that the most recent technician (Alphonso) stood out as the best we have had. He was very friendly, followed the Covid guidelines. Came for an annual inspection but saw a major problem with the furnace, explained what was happening and then went ahead and fixed it. He was here for over 2 hours and did a very thorough job. Left everything neat and tidy. Couldn't have asked for anything more from the guy. He was great.

    Furnace maintenance

    Excellent service. Technician was very careful, following the protocol due to the Covid-19, with mask and keeping distance. He was very professional and polite. He answered the questions I had clearly. The furnace was a little noisy before the maintenance and, now, is running smoothly.

    Complete Furnace Replacement

    I had my furnace, AC, and water heater replaced and configured. It was done very quickly and professionally. I am happy with the service I received and the sales process. The Sales Professional was very good at taking care of us and all of pieces to the completion of the project.

    Do Not Recommend

    I had Enecare for the furnace service for 2 years ending in the fall of 2019 as I sold my home and no longer needed the service. Called and cancelled the service as promised would not be charged any longer. In fall of 2020, received an email to renew the service with the company for the upcoming year. Deleted the emailing knowing I cancelled their services the prior year. By mid January started to receive many calls per day, so many that had to blocking them. As of today, Feb 13, 2021 received another 2 calls. Finally called them back told them to stop calling and harrassing me and explained the situation, took my phone # put me on hold, after being put on hold for 5 mins the agent hung up

    Water heater

    Easy to book an appointment, showed up on time, called before they arrived, treated my home like they would treat their own home, friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable technician, gave us some tips for future problems should they occur. Well done Enercare, well done.

    Knowledgeable Technician

    My tankless water heater rental, whose main use is to heat my house, went into error on a very cold day. They were able to send a technician, Harry, same-day ~8hrs after I called. Initially the tech was at a loss as the error code was not included in his manual for the unit, but through his troubleshooting and knowledge he was able to diagnose and fit the issue and I was back up and running. I was quite impressed!

    Required new furnace and AC

    Our furnace starting short cycling, safety valve/latch had to kick in to shut it down. In layman's terms it was old, tired and overheating. We were totally dependent on the 18 year old safety valve to keep us safe. Needless to say, I became a bit paranoid and every time it boomed to start up I would be scared. Hence new furnace and AC. New AC because the old wouldn't feed into the new high efficiency furnace

    Service

    I had a furnace issue and contacted Enercare as a I have a protection plan. They promptly, professionally and efficiently came by and looked after my issue. Thank you again Enercare!

    Service Call Response

    Was having hot water issues and Thomas' was able to assess the problem in less time than expected. He discovered leak in my water heater, however, he was unable to address the problem on the same day because a part was needed to fix the issue. He returned with the part and all was made well. It's also important to note that while I wait for the Thomas' return to rectify the issue I experienced no loss of hot water because whatever he did in the interim worked. Thank you Thomas Sat.

    Furnace Maintenance

    Furnace maintenance was completed efficiently by knowledgeable, experienced serviceman in an efficient, courteous manner. Booking of appointment was effortless and done very easily and a suitable date and time was arranged.
