    New Garage Door

    We have had 3 quotes at the time for new doors and new capping, and found that it is so comfortable to deal with Mike the salesman of Dodds. We highly recommend this company with their great works and great service.

    renovation

    I have replaced two of my garage doors on June 2015. Everything is excellent. I like their customer service. After installation was completed, one door had issue when lifting up. When I called them they immediately took an action and the next morning the technicians were in my front door. They fixed it and after that day everything is excellent. It shows how much they feel responsibility to do everything right, and if they correct any mistakes and don't leave until the problem is solved. I strongly recommend Dodds garage door to my friends. Every single penny you pay it worth.

    2 New Garage Doors Installed

    Our first contact with Dodds, was with Mike the salesman. He was so friendly & helpful and a really nice guy! Mike is wonderful at his job! He told us that the delivery of our doors could take 6-8wks. It only took 5 weeks! So Awesome! Doors ordered on June 24, 2016 & were installed on Friday July 29'th. We spoke with Angela in the office & she was lovely. Once again ~ she was very friendly & accommodating! Jacob installed our 2 new garage doors & did a superb job! He was excellent & did a wonderful job & cleaned up afterwards! Jacob explained everything & asked if we had any questions. He is a very hard worker & worked all day to get it done properly. We are SO pleased with our doors & the fantastic service we received!!! We highly recommend them. John & Lorna

    Replace Garage Doors

    The service provided by Dodd was excellent. The saleman was very helpful with recommendations. The scheduler was very professional and so were the installers. The installation appears to be well done and the after job clean up was phenomenal.

    Garage Door

    Called a few company's, I really liked the choices that Dodd's had. I was looking for a certain look, contemporary, Mike the sales guy was no pressure to buy. Excellent people person, Sal the installer was amazing. Great Job.

    Garage door replacement

    Smooth like butter. This is how I would describe our experience from beginning to end. After over 20 years, our garage door finally had it. We decided to call Dodd's for a quote because I have seen their trucks around and knew they are one of more established companies around. The sales person showed up on time and gave us great information and showed us quality products. Our door was manufactured and ready to install in time that was promised (2 weeks), and deaing with the office to arrange the installation time was quick and simple. The installer came at the time promised and I had the pleasure to watch his work, which took over 3 hours. Even in a scorching heat (over 30 degrees and probably hotter in the garage), he didn't cut any corners. He even adjusted our door opener, which previous installer from a different company obviously messed up little on. After the installation, the installer pointed out few minor scratches on our black garage door (I wouldn't have noticed if he didn't mention it). It probably happened during transit. He made a note on our work order and told me someone from the office will fix it. A few days later, someone from the office came with couple of small bottles touch up paint. He spent 15-20 minutes touching up every little scratches on our door and left me with an extra bottle. Dealing with the office - Smooth Dealing with the sales person - Smooth Deaing with the installer - Smooth After service - Smooth Our new garage door? - Smooth like butter!

    wonderful service

    Needed to change our old garage door. Very helpful and excellent service. Great selection of doors, everyone was very nice and answered all my questions, Work site was very clean after they left and everything was done with satisfaction.

    Broken spring service

    Had to call the emergency line before work hours as our garage door would not open. No one could come for a while so we worked at it for awhile and finally got the door open. Shortly afterwards, the Tech arrived and was able to fix the door quickly. Everything working fine now. I have used Dodd's Doors before, and would recommend them. Pitstop

    Total disappointment!!

    After using Dodds 8 years ago at a previous house and being very happy with everything I didn't hesitate to call them again. What a mistake! From the moment the sales guy told me they had to use a higher end door than the one that was on sale because it had better mounting hardware to accommodate my particular garage door opening this was a total disaster. The doors that showed up were dented, the hardware was all mismatched, the door panels catch on each other and make a loud cracking sound and last but not least I noticed after that a bunch of hinge mounting bolts were not even tighten up. Don't call Dodds!

    Insulated garage door

    They were very good at installing it and then explaining to me how to set the codes. They also ensured that it worked. They also cleaned up after the job was finished.
