    Garage door was falling apart

    Left an email for Dodds through their site late on Sunday night and Monday morning somebody followed up with me first thing and I was able to have a repair person out Monday afternoon, which I was very happy about. My door was performing poorly for a few weeks and had finally fallen out of the track, the wire that connects to the pulley had fallen off on one side, and my door was stuck down, trapping my car inside. Within a few minutes, Art had the door sliding around again. He then did some work to properly reinforce the door, made sure everything was lubed, and did an adjustment to fix something I'd taken a crack at doing. Now the door is running smoother than it ever has in my time owning the house. Art was really knowledgeable (15 years' experience) and friendly and I'd have no hesitation calling these guys again.

    Garage door opening system.

    I listen to 69=80 news all of the time. And the Dodds commercial is a good one. I olved the banjo! So when I needed to replace my garage systems I decide to give them a try. The install, tutorial and clean-up was great. I really like the new system and it is nice to have three remotes to access the garage.

    New garage door

    Had new garage door installed 2 years ago, deluxe door insulated and finished both saids. Salesman was great, polite and professional. (not pushy and did not talk down other companies) Door was installed great, installer was on time, and got the job done. Cleaned up after him self, took old door away. I would say everything went perfect. Now this year I called regarding bottom door weather strip, they were able to resolve my issue and understood my concern, Angela was a pleasure to deal with my wife picked up new weather strip from Richmond hill Office. Thank you for taking care of your customers if you run your company this way you are worth the money and recommendation over anyone else hands down.

    Replaced Garage Door

    Never having to replace a power garage door in 4o yrs, we totally lucked in with Dodds Garage Door Systems. From the initial call to the sweeping the garage floor after the excellent work was complete, we were totally impressed with their work. They wanted to please us at every step without question. They attended to our home according to our need, gave us a clear idea of what our choices would be, and delivered exactly on time. Michael was always available to our phone calls and questions. Leo had it installed in a very short time after which he verbally gave us tips on using it safely and referred us to the manual for additional information. The door works perfectly; it is light, yet strong, and with a window, gives us light for easier entry and exit. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect product and better service than with Dodds, and with Michael and Leo. Great team.

    Garage Door Replacement

    Search 'garage doors' on the net and Dodds is the first company to pop up. Reading the great reviews were enough to convince us to give them a call and eventually, our business. We found everyone on the team to be quite helpful and extremely professional -- from Laurie, who gave us a quote and answered all our questions; to Angie, who made the follow through and who so patiently waited to book us until we had our garage cleared; and Sal, who expertly did the installation (arrived as scheduled and made a superb job with the clean up as well).     Replace main spring on overhead garbage door

    They arrived very quickly. Service person was friendly, neat and very efficient. Replaced part in less than half hour. Went beyond my expectations in resolving issue I had with door at no extra cost. Would call again.

    Exceptional product, great price, professional staff

    These guys were great, from start to finish. Quick quote, quick installation, and they removed and disposed of my old flat panel doors. Did have a problem with one door opener, and they came back very quickly and replaced it immediately. Would HIGHLY recommend this company.

    Excellent Customer Service!

    Thought I would provide an update on how satisfied I am choosing Dodds to replace my garage door and door opener. A year later I needed to call in and ask for a paint sample of my garage door and frame because my front door needs to be painted this year and I wanted it to match my garage door. Susan on the phone was so helpful and willing to send out a paint sample by mail so I could go ahead with my project this summer. Even after the project being done a year ago Dodds still delivers and cares about their customers. Thank you for this, I appreciate your continued support. This provides me with comfort knowing that you will still be there when I need you.

    Replacement Garage Door

    Our old garage door broke in the closed position and was not repairable, so we knew we had to have it replaced as quickly as we could. Anthony from Dodds came the next day and helped us choose a replacement door, he was very professional and understood our desire to have this completed as soon as possible. The door took 4 weeks to be made and arrive in Canada, Angela from Dodds kept us updated on the delivery detail and when it arrived scheduled the install for the next day. Mike who did the install arrived on time, did an excellent install and left us with a great looking new garage door. Everyone in the Dodds team was a pleasure to deal with and I would thoroughly recommend them.

    Garage Door Repair

    Just wanted to commend Dodd's on their customer service. I needed to have two panels replaced on previously installed panels and they were incredibly helpful, reasonably priced and quick to respond. Best surprise was when the panels were in and I called for installation they installed the same day. Great company to deal with. Thank you.
