    new garage door

    We recently moved into a heritage home in Oakville. We called Dodds and had an excellent service representative explain what needed to be done. Our technician Jay came yesterday to install the new door and we were thrilled. It was a difficult door to install (removal of an very old door and then re-framing and adding technology to an antique) and Jay was very pleasant, diligent and helpful around making the installation process effortless. I highly recommend the Dodds' Team

    Garage Door

    I am extremely happy with the result of the installation of our new garage door. Service was very professional. The technician was on time and worked very efficiently. The installation and the product surpassed my expectations. Very satisfied customer.

    Garage door replacement

    Great job all around - Thanks for the good service. After the install there was a minor gap between and garage door and the seal and Dodds quickly and eagerly addressed the issue. Thank you for the door service before and after payment.

    Door Spring

    When the spring on our garage door sprung, we had no idea who to call. So I went online and started reading reviews, Dodds had the most favorable reviews so I called. They were very polite and informative, I was booked for the next day between 8 am and 1 pm and the service technician was there at 8 am sharp, very polite and also informative. the work was completed quickly and to our satisfaction! Thank you Dodds, will come again.

    Garage Door replacement

    A few years ago, I thought I would have to replace my door and opener. Dodd's saved me a lot of money at that time by doing a repair that cost less than $200.00. It gave me a few more years but recently my door did have to be replaced. I appreciated the "no pressure" sales consultation and was given a final price and estimated date of installation. Was very pleased when the door was delivered earlier than expected and installed on the date and time given. The project site was clean of all old product and my new door works beautifully. Especially appreciated now that the cold weather has arrived. Thank you, Dodds. I have no problem at all recommending your services.

    New motor

    As usual Dodd's has provided me with superior service. I had a side mount opener installed. John did a great job, clean and efficient. He even noticed a bolt was missing on our track and replaced it. I will always recommend and use them.

    Quonset garage door installation

    I built a quonset steel garage in my backyard to store a large fishing boat. It didn't have a front wall and at the time lacked the necessary framing. I called Dodd's to set up an appointment and see what they had to offer. Michael Saiet came over to inspect my project and give me some ideas. Within 15 min we were measuring distances between tires and height of the boat. Michael was able to give me the EXACT measurements that I required in order to have the framing built. I dialed up a framer who built the frame to a tee, snapped some pics and made a free visit to Dodd's to show Michael. We made some further adjustments and were good to go. When the installer came there were zero issues and he was in and out within two hours. Everyone at Dodd's was super nice and I want to make mention that Michael was extremely knowledgeable and knows his stuff. I totally recommend him and suggest you pick his brain if you have a more complex installation such as I did.

    2 door garage replacement

    Several years ago we had DODDS out to repair a broken spring, they responded same day, and were in and out in no time. So when it came time to replace both our garage doors and install new LiftMaster door openers, it was a no brainer who to call first. Michael walked us through every detail and didn't hesitate to give us his direct number should we have any questions. Angie was equally terrific with scheduling and updates, and the installer Sal, did such an amazing job from removal, installation and cleanup. It was a pleasure dealing with this company, which can't be said for most. Do DODDS Do DODDS....

    Garage Door Repair

    Quick and efficient service. Reasonable cost. Accurate quotation given on phone prior to work being done. I would not hesitate in using this company again, and would recommend it to others.

    Garage Door Repair

    I had pretty much given up on contractors before I used Dodds. The majority are unreliable or poor workmanship. But by far the biggest issue is poor or no communications with the customer. This is the second time I have used Dodds to repair both my garage doors. I recommended Dodds to my brother and he had the same excellent workmanship and reasonable price and added value. Dodds communicated and followed through on appointment and reconfirmed by technician and showed up on time. Fixed door(s) for a very reasonable price and lubricated and realigned door(s). A TEN company and professional. Recommended.
