    Garage Door Installation

    From the initial sales presentation by Mike to the completion of the job by Jacob and Matthew, we were extremely impressed with the honest and professional approach presented by this company. When Jacob realized that he would be unable to complete the job in one day due to inclement weather, he said it would be "his pleasure" to return in two days (on a Saturday) to complete the work. We are completely satisfied with the result and would also like to thank Angela for providing us with tips to keep the doors in good working order. Thanks to all for a job well done!

    Garage door replacement

    I have no hesitation in recommending Dodd's. From the first meeting with the sales rep, chats with the schedule maker right to the final install, everything was handled professionally and completed on schedule. They even accommodated a Saturday installation even though they normally work only weekdays. We are very satisfied overall.

    Garage Door

    Very professional installer by the name of Jeremy - absolutely top quality work, the price was very reasonable for a black garage door with capping around the door. He had the garage door installed in about 4 hours!

    New Garage Door

    I recently had Dodd's replace my garage door and was thoroughly impressed with their service from quotation to final installation. After calling 3 other local area garage door companies I called Dodds and had someone come out to give me a quote next business day! The door came in on time as they promised and they went above and beyond to accommodate my request for a rush install. The people that came to install were very nice, clean, and did a phenomenal job and went as far to even wipe down the door before they left as not to leave finger prints. It was really nice to find a company that truly valued my business as a customer. Great quality and customer service and on time delivery.

    Garage door repair

    2nd time I've used these guys. E-mailed the night before got a call at 8:00 am next day same day appt. 6 hours later. Showed up early, replaced the spring and cables then lubed all 3 doors n/c and were done in 30 minutes. And the jingle is catchy too LOL.

    Garage door repair

    My garage door would not open and I was completely stuck with no options. Thank God for Dodds and for Art who was totally professional, straight forward and honest. Thanks Dodds Ken Morrison Toronto

    Garage door replacement

    I live in a 10 unit condo complex and we had Dodd's replace the worn out garage doors. David came out and gave us a very straight forward quote which we accepted. The date for the work was decided on and everything was started and completed right on schedule. Victor Roberts was the installer and it is hard to find enough good things to say about this man. He installed three garage doors and openers per day by himself and did the work very professionally and without a hitch. He also did all the surround area with aluminum to match the doors and the work was impeachable. He was an absolute delight to have on the premises . We are all so happy with our new garage doors and love the new look.

    Garage Door Replacement

    Needed to replace both of my old wooden garage doors with 2 new garage doors that were insulated. Contacted Dodds who had a garage door sale on. The salesperson was knowledgeable & very helpful. He explained all aspects of the work to be done carefully & completely. After being satisfied with the price and product, I gave the job to Dodds Doors. I was sent an email giving me the date of the installation & asked if it was satisfactory & if so to confirm, which I did. On the date of the installation, June 6th 2014 and at the time the job was supposed to start, a young man by the name of Jeremy introduced himself, explained the scope of work & the approximate time it would take and then commenced. The job was completed on time, all the hardware was replaced with new hardware. Jeremy even swept up the garage as he removed all the debris, old hardware and the old rotted garage doors. The job was completed as promised and the doors look great. Would I use Dodds again....hell ya!! Would I recommend them....hell ya! Now a day, if you get what you paid for and that company providing the service goes above & beyond to take care of you & make you feel special...well that's extremely important to me. Great job guys & thank you Jeremy...you are amazing!!!

    Unstick shut garage door from outside

    My garage door was stuck shut last week. I called Dodds and booked an appointment for 8am to 1pm the following day. Chris arrived early that morning. Within minutes, he was able to determined the cause of the problem. It turned out that the car rolled back and stuck against the garage door. Chris right away came up with a clever way to lift the garage door high enough for me to get into the garage and move the car away from the door. He did all these within 15 minutes. As a result, I didn't lose much time from work that day. Thank you very much, Chris, and keep up the excellent work.

    Garage Door installation

    Needed an odd-sized door for my new garage. The Salesman from Dodds came out in a snow storm, walked me through a review of my options, gave me advice, and took all the necessary measurements. 2 weeks later I had a beautiful new door.
